After I got orthotics I wanted a dress shoe that fit my orthotics without removing the inner sole. I tried many shoes and this was the winner. The comfort, color, style, and price were all within my search criteria (especially when this shoe was on sale). If you plan on wearing these and walk on concrete (city setting), then the leather soles will wear out faster than the heel (my leather sole lasted me about 2 years with moderate to heavy walking in the city). I have a fairly inexpensive cobbler that have resoled my shoes without any problems.

Very suave. This shoe from Boss Black is long and sleek, great for dressing up with a trim suit or a nice pair of jeans for a more sophisticated look. Overall very happy with purchase, as always Zappos didn't disappoint.
I'd also recommend: Magnanni, Cole Haan, Thomas Pink
