These shoes are adorable and walking in them was heaven. However, I had to return them because the top flap of the shoe hit the top side of my ankle and after five minutes, I had a rash where the leather rubbed my ankle. I do not know if it is the shape of my foot, but I do not usually have a problem with the tops of sandals. I have a feeling these were not made correctly. I was so sad because other than that one area, these would have been the perfect shoes. I returned them.

I had these on my Favorites list for months -- finally ordered, but alas, the instep is too low on me. Had to tug it on, and then it was too tight. Regret to have to return. Born is such a good shoe.
