   This is a good looking shoe. It goes well with jeans or in the office. It is true to fit. I would recommend these shoes.

   Great shoes! Dressier than we originally thought, but look great with khakis or cords. We highly recommend them.

   These are a perfect fit. They are comfortable and love the insole that molds to the shape of my foot. They're more casual shoes, fine for everyday office wear, but will pass for dress shoes without a shiny finish. I like them.

   This was my first experience with a Born shoe, and I have been really impressed. I needed a shoe that I could wear to work that would look professional, have a little bit of style to it, and be comfortable. There are a lot of shoes in this category, with Ecco seeming to be the comfort/professional brand you see most often. The problem I have with Ecco are: 1. Very expensive, at least 50% more expensive than Born. 2. They are so polished that they look like fake leather. 3. Most (all?) of the shoes I have seen have the sole glued to the leather, not stitched. The Borns are both. I chose the Keaton from Born because they seemed to fit all of my criteria. When I received them (in 1 day's time, of course; thank you Zappos!), my wife and I were almost shocked at how much nicer the Born shoes were in reality than from the picture. The leather had a nice grain to it, seemed thicker than expected, the overall shape was really nice, stylish, but never going too far in making any kind of statement. The construction was better than expected as well. Trying on the shoes, they had a snug fit around the top of my foot, but a good amount of room around the toes. The shoe is padded on the inside, and they really made an effort to give a lot of arch support. Overall, the fit is very comfortable, it wraps your foot nicely, gives a fair amount of cushion, but is very light, and not clunky at all. I wore them for a few days in the house first to break them in, then on two commutes into the city, and a day spent running from one place & meeting to another. On the first day, I felt a small amount of rubbing on the inside of the heel, but by day two, this had really diminished to the point where I knew it wouldn't be a problem. A very quick break-in. They are very comfortable, but clearly not as comfortable as my ultra-cushioned running shoes. This is to be expected, but I thought I would mention it. They offer as much comfort as one can expect from a shoe like this. Certainly, they are way more comfortable than my traditional leather soled loafers.The tread seems nice; understated, but of course, only time will tell how it holds up. Overall, I was incredibly pleased by the quality of the shoes, especially considering the price. Many other competitors cost at least this much, if not more, for a shoe that does not look nearly as nice. If the shoes hold up well over the next few months, I will be making Born my brand of choice for comfort/dress shoes. Thanks!
