I am all about comfort and style. These a the best boots; very stylish and comfortable. They did run large for me. I'm an 8.5 and could have gone to an 8. But, when the weather got cold, I wore them with heavy wool socks and they fit perfectly. So, the choice is yours. Buy a little bit big and wear with socks or order a half size smaller knowing this is the no/thin sock option. The leather is nice and soft. Great quality. I will wear these for years to come. The sole is very cushy so I can walk in these boots all day, even with my bad knee. Also non-slip. I don't think anyone can go wrong with this boot. Of course, Zappos had them here in one day. Unlike the big "N" which takes up to two weeks.

I love these boots. I usually need to put my orthotics in every shoe/boot, but found out that these have a perfect arch for me and I didn't need them. They were comfortable from the very beginning - although I did order up a half size. I really like the look of them and wear them every chance I get. I am definitely going to live in them this winter. I'm a very happy purchaser - especially since previous Born shoes seemed too narrow for me: not true of this boot.

Awesome! Comfort with a "kick"! Nice roomy, roundish toe box, leather braid on side, adds nice detail. I own many genuine "cowboy" tall boots and their comfort cannot be matched with these Born boots!

Cute, comfy, stylish! I'm a NYC gal, and these shoes are perfect for walking around the city. They are also great for going out casually at night, too. I know these will be my new favs!
