A really good shoe - This is an outstanding loafer. It makes going through airport security simple - slips on and off with hardly any effort. I am a factory rep; I wanted a shoe that looked good when meeting with customers but was also durable and comfortable when I had to work on the plant floor for hours on end. This shoe meets all my requirements - good looking, great for travel, rugged, and comfortable all day long. P.S. I have been doing business with Zappos for years, can't beat them.

I bought these as they looked comfortable and casual. I received them and received a blister the 1st day. Thought it would go away, but resorted to bandages and gave up. Also the shoe is not pretty. Leather looks cheap - Save your money.

I'd also recommend: Try clarks - they are comfortable.

Bedroom slipper feel in a public stylish shoe. Wears like butter, and feels "broken in" after the first wearing. A great fit for orthodics and is able to be dressed up or down. Works great for unisex. Highly recommended.

At first I thought these would be like other pairs of Born that I've bought, but I've been disappointed by them (especially through near-daily wear). They broke-in fine, fit fine, have decent arch support, blah blah blah. The thing I really don't like about them, is that they don't have a very comfortable sole - or at least one that lost its springiness quicker than others. It practically feels like I'm walking on concrete (and I'm not the skinniest model in the catalog, if you know what I mean). It's not that every bump and pebble is digging into my foot, but it's not like I look forward to putting them on (like I have for all other pairs of Born I've owned). Overall? Meh. (Also, let's be honest. They look like conservative old man shoes, which is fine...if you're an old man. Am I right?)

This is my 5th pair of Born shoes. All the others are in various states of being worn out, due to being worn often. I bought these for the office, so I would look decent. I have worn these for only 3 months, and I can't stand to wear them any more. They were okay for a month. The leather didn't wear in like a quality material. They stretched and just have the cheap leather look and feel. I don't know how high quality leather is made, or why it is different than the cheap stuff, but I know how it feels. This is cheap Chinese crap. I have to find a new brand now. It was fun while it lasted.
