These are very cute and comfortable. They could be a little wider on the bottom. I have wide feet, so I could use a little more platform so it does not look like my feet are off the sides. The color is light, so they are almost a neutral.

I agree with the previous reviewers that it would be perfect if this sandal came in half sizes. But because it is so terrific in every other way, I dealt with it. I also agree that the footbed for me was a bit too narrow, but again not enough to not keep the sandals. Patent leather can sometimes look very cheap. Not the case here-these sandals are very rich looking. The color is not too light, and is closer to almost a nude color. The padding on the footbed is extremely comfortable and with the extra strap going accross the thong piece, the sandal is very stable on my foot. I know I will be able to wear these all day with no problem. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought the black patent. They were to replace a similar pair that were really cheap and had no padding on the sole. These sandals are great. Super comfortable. Dainty. A little narrow, but most flat sandals are. A little pricey, but the increased comfort is worth it. And Born shoes last a long time.

This is a versatile shoe that can be dressed up or down. The leather is of good quality and feels very supple and soft. I wore them a full day right out of the box with no problems. They are more substantial and padded in the footbed than many sandals of this type. The color is more brownish than the gold I see on my monitor, but is still a very nuetral metallic color.

Surprisingly, this shoe is not comfortable to walk in. The soles are so dense and heavy that I have to clench my toes just to keep the shoe from moving too much when I walk. The toe thong doesn't help. I've noticed this with other Born sandals. They are very comfortable for standing, however. I wish that the materials were lighter, like Ecco; Ecco's shoes are incredibly light. Unfortunately, I will not be buying Born sandals anymore.

I've bought born in the past, you need to go a half size up from what normally fits. It's a comfortable shoe; however, for the price it should have more padding in the foot bed.

Cushy, wonderfully soft bottom cradles the foot nicely. With simple, clean good looks, this sandal could be slightly wider, but it fits anyway. Love it.

These sandals are very comfortable and I love the style. Born puts comfort and style into their sandals which is a huge plus.

The foot of the shoe was narrower than I had experienced with Born sandals. It would have probably been okay with the exception that the footbed of the sandal is very slick. My foot slid off the shoe making it very uncomfortable.

I have an average heel and wider forefoot, and I did not find these sandals to be problematically narrow as other reviewers have. I think they seem very normal. The padding is nice in the footbed, and the 'Pinenuts' color is lovely - not gaudy shiny gold, but classy, lustrous, and versatile. I would recommend going down if you are in between sizes. I am a 9.5 and the 9 fit with room to spare in this sandal once the ankle strap was loosened up to let my foot slide back. Recommended!
