I had my hopes way up on these. Unfortunately I don't think they're worth the money. Yes, they are waterproof but only up to your ankle. Anything higher than that is neoprene so I have had my ankles and lower calves wet wearing these. Pretty comfy but not enough for the money I spent.

Did not like this boot at all. Pretty ugly, and felt very clumsy. No arch support, and the ankle area was very big, so there was no support there either. The handles are a cool idea, but...meh.

These are great boots for the cold as well as rain/snow. I bought before my trip to Iceland and wore them all over whether walking through town or hiking on a glacier. They were comfortable and warm! They ran true to size for me unlike some other reviews. Worth the money!

I love these boots. I needed a snow boot that is 1) comfortable to walk (the dog) or stand still for an hour 2) waterproof 3) super warm 4) light 5) easy to get on and off 6) easy to wipe the mud off 7) tall enough to prevent snow or water from getting in the boot while wading through puddles or snow piled up at the (NYC) curb 8) stylish for city living. I tried many North Face, Columbia, Tretorn, Kamik, Hunter boots. Fail. These are so wonderful and keep my toes toasty warm but breathing easy. I can stand in the park on snow and not feel a thing. Thank you.

I owned my first pair of Chooka's this past hunting season and they were the best. Only problem was that the rubber tore at a seam and they leaked. So I was shopping for another type similar but with no seams. Had friends recommend Bogs but I did not like the look on their feet...too big and bulky compared to Chooka and more expensive. After looking closely at Chooka's again, I saw that they had changed their design and I have just ordered my second pair of Chooka's. I highly recommend them as an alternative...much better support if you have a high arch and very comfy!
I'd also recommend: Chooka

These are great. I have wide feet and these were perfect. They can feel a little heavy but it's worth it to have dry (and somewhat warm feet). I wore them in the snow with my kids after a huge snowstorm and my feet were toasty dry (I think the heavy rubber helps create your own warmth). I think they're fun looking and am really glad I got them. Going to toss all of my other winter boots.

Nice boot when out in wet spring and fall weather or for a quick dog walk in winter. I would not recommend these as a snow boot. There are many other brands that are much warmer. I did wear my boots on a winter hike and had two pairs of smart wool socks on. As soon as I stopped moving, my feet were cold.
