Nice simple kettle. A little small. Good for one person and a couple of cups of coffee or tea.

Just what I needed: modern design, boils fast, looks good enough to stay on my counter top alongside my french press and espresso machine. Handle is a bit big, but overall it's an attractive piece and works perfectly. Nice and petite.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It's perfect for heating water for two cups of coffee or tea. It's compact, so it can fit in a corner of the kitchen counter without taking a lot of space.

It's a great size but takes longer than I would have thought to heat up. Still, if small and aesthetics is more important than a few extra seconds to boil, this is a winner.

This is the perfect size to heat water for a 12 ounce mug, without taking up lots of storage or counter space. It is attractive looking if left in view. It boils water quickly saving energy and time. One great change from the earlier Bodum Ibis model is that the heating element is enclosed, so it is not directly exposed to mineral deposits from your water as the was the case with the earlier model. Big drawback: When filled with 12 ounces of water, it does not turn off automatically until a minute after water starts to boil vigorously and this model cannot be turned off manually. I must unplug it or my windows steam up and it wastes energy and time. I timed it exactly. When filled to 17 ounces, it took 33 seconds to turn off after water was boiling vigorously, but two minutes longer to boil and that defeats the purpose of having this small unit. I live at 5400' above sea level if that has anything to do with it (water boils at a slightly lower temperature). I am happy to turn it off by unplugging it, but I do not know the long term damage this might do to the unit.
