I had high hopes for these boots. I was disappointed the instant I opened the box. Rather than the rich leather look that appears in the picture, the look of the boot is more like something you'd buy at a chain discount store. For the price I was expecting something that at least "looked" like it was made out of leather. And for the price it should be as a matter of fact! Message to Blowfish, Step it up! Good grief, seriously, chain discount stores have better looking boots than this. Obviously, this pair is going back. Thanks Zappos for the quick service and free shipping. I rarely shop anywhere else.

I was surprised that the fit was so different from the other Blowfish boots that I have bought. That could be due to the narrower toe. I am used to their big rounded toe. I would have to go up half a size.
