This was my first purchase from Zappos. It definitely won't be my last purchase from Zappos. The first pair of shoes I ordered were a bit too small. I called because I needed the shoes for a tap dance class. What awesome customer service! They sent another pair, before I returned the first pair, overnight mail, at no extra charge. They also provided a pre-paid return label so I could send the first pair back...for free! Zappos rocks (and taps).

Great quality and comfortable shoe but runs very small. My daughter normally wears a size 3 and I ordered a size 6 and it fits perfectly!

I bought these shoes for my daughter for dance class and it can be very hard to find shoes that fit her feet and are comfortable, but she loves these and I love that the bow can come off for performances and go on for class.

Good Shoes - I bought these shoes for a tap class that I'm taking this summer and I'm very pleased with them. More experienced tappers should probably go for a different shoe as the tap sound could be a little clearer and the back taps have started to come loose… but these are great for beginners, especially if you don't wear leather (like me) because these are made of man made materials.

Tap shoes - After putting a cushion in the heel, and finding the right socks, they work well. Unfortunately, the heel tap comes loose.

A Shuffle ball-change for Zappos! I've heard about Zappos from friends and family who have difficult feet to fit. I wear an 11 1/2 (in most shoes) and was having a difficult time finding tap shoes. Because of Zappos, I am having a lot of fun in a Tap Dance Class through my local park district.

Tap Shoe - I am so pleased with the Mary Jane Bloch Tap Shoe I purchased from you for My Granddaughters first Tap dancing class. The fit of the tap shoe is perfect, as if it were made by hand to fit her, she is so excited over the look and comfort of the shoe. Tap shoes - Not bad looking, sounds nice and is somewhat comfortable. I would prefer more of a square toe to a round one, but it isn't bad at all.

Cute as can be! These shoes are so adorable! Bow is removable too. The sound of these taps are great--clear and sharp! You will need to order 1 1/2 sizes larger for some reason on these. Very durable--pure quality. Thanks ZAPPOS for bringing more quality products to our attention.

It looks very cute, and pretty comfortable. The only thing that I am concerned with is just the sound it made wasn't loud enough. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Great dance shoe - I got this shoe for my daughter. They do run small, the first pair I had to send back. She usually wears a 1 1/2 and the 4 was just right. I wanted her to be able to wear them for more than a few classes so, I sent them back with Zappos great free return service and got her a 5. She loves them! She thinks that they sound much better than the cheaper dance shoes. Good Taps have to make good sound. They also look great. They are not the shiny patent leather, they look really nice. They are not real leather though, but for a 9 year old that is going to outgrow them, they are perfect.

Exactly what I wanted - I ordered a full size larger than I usually do, as suggested by the oterh reviewers. They fit very well - no rubbing, no pinching. Flexible, lightweight. And, of course, Zappos shipped them quickly and without any problems.

Shoes for my daughter - My daughters dance studio requires that she purchase the Bloch Tap-on since she is part of the competion team (and they need them to all have the same shoes). I was thrilled with the price of the shoes at Zappos with one small exception. I did not realize that these were man-made material. I have purchased the leather uppers before. They seem to be breaking in fine but the description should mention the difference more explicitly.

Bloch's Mary Jane Tap - Although we found this shoe to run one and a half sizes small, it is a sturdy comfortable tap shoe. The interchangable taps are great for costume appeal.
