Size 11 too small - I have a good (proper) size 11 foot, usually size 11 shoes are too small, and these fall in this category. I love the heel and they fit nicely snug in the heel and instep, but they're about half size too small and even if the length was right the front of the shoe is designed for wide feet. It's very loose at the ball of the foot, so that the foot slides forward too much and all weight rests on the toe opening - painful.

I was pleased with the style and material of these shoes. the color, however, was not what i had expected. they are called "rose satin" which makes me think they would be rose in color. upon receiveing the shoes, however, i was disapointed to see that they were more metalic gold than rose. These shoes were meant to be for my wedding, so, as you can imagine, I was dissapointed. The Zappos staff was great. they completely understood my dismay and encouraged me to keep looking, since i have 365 days to return\/exchange. The next issue that i had wasw the size. my normal size (which i ordered and received) was digging in at the heal so i wanted to try a half size larger for comparison. unfortunately, this shoe was no longer available. :0(

For a heeled shoe, this has a pretty comfortable footbed. There\'s a bit of cushion under the ball of your foot, which is nice. At first I was thrown by the sole of the shoe [the part against the floor] being a soft leather (i.e. made from the same thing as the inside of the shoe) but then a friend pointed out that this was so they didn\'t slip on hard floors. The friend was correct! The \'buckle\' is not a traditional buckle with a prong to fit through a hole in the strap, but rather a friction catch, which is nice as you can adjust to fit. I have been very happy with this purchase.

I love my Isabella Bloch ballroom dance shoes from Zappos. They are soft so they don't bind. And ordering from Zappos was simple with fast delivery time.

I bought these shoes so I would have some dancing shoes. I wore them on New Years's eve. The leather is so stiff that I had terrible blisters on my big toes. I hope the leather will soften up a bit. If not I will have wasted a lot of money.

Ordered a 7.5 - usually wear a 7 in heels. It's a little tight in the toes so I could have used an 8 or something more than medium width but they didn't have it at the time. Order a full size up if you have wide feet! I ordered these because it's hard for me to find dress shoes with a strap (I have a narrow heel and wide toes - every pair of my other shoes slide off my heel at least a little so I need a strap or laces), medium heel height, and some sort of padding at the ball because I get bursitis. These fit all the requirements, padding is pretty good, foot bed is suede, and they are feather-light and flexible. The only thing I wish for was just a little more room at the toes - maybe more of a squarish toe instead of tapered? I'm going to keep them anyway - maybe they'll stretch out a little. (By the way, I got these in black, but another Bloch pair in natural color and the natural color is as dark as it looks on the website.)

Went up a size as suggested but this made my foot slip to front and toes hurt in opening. I am between a 9 1/2 and 10. Will keep another style by Bloch, an enclosed toe ankle strap style, which fits in 10.

After owning the Sienna model for over a year I decided to order another pair of Bloch dance shoes for my dance lessons. My experience with the quality and comfort with these shoes has been great, and after plenty of use they are in great condition, so I came back for more. I'm a size 11 and they feel true to size. It's a very stable shoe, very important feature when dancing and doing all those fancy turns (I have a bad ankle). I had ordered my original Sienna model in natural color leather and did the same for the Isabella model. That way they would go with everything, no matter what I'm wearing. I'm extremely pleased with this Isabella model, they're even more comfortable than the Sienna. I plan to order them in black as soon as they become available in my size. I would definitely recommend this shoe for anyone who is into social dancing. Make sure to buy a wire brush to keep the suede outer sole in good condition.

This shoe would have been wonderful if it had fit. I ordered an W however, it was at least an inch (1") too short. Nice construction. Overall, great shoe. Unfortunately, I have to return it and try again!

Ok. I need shoes to go Salsa dancing, these look great, but as soon as I started walking the right one was digging into my big toe and the left one scratching my heel. They are very flexible and they look nice but not for my very difficult feet...
