This shoe is amazing - very comfortable, good traction, but you can slide on any floor. I recommend it highly. Get your true shoe size as you don't need socks with it. Plenty of air gets in and you will have better grip!

I am not a dancer, but I love these shoes. They provide great support, and are comfortable like a favorite pair of slippers, and they cute enough to wear to work if you like. They are not practical for outside wear in bad weather, since most of the sole is just mesh, but they are awesome otherwise.

Glad I read the other reviews recommending going up 1/2 a size. That's what I did and the shoes fit perfectly. I am using them for Zumba on carpet and find that they help me move better and not "stick" to the carpet.

Oh, yes! Like dancing barefoot, but better. Finally the shoe that allows me to avoid twisted knees. These are light and comfortable. 1/2 size larger than street size fits like a glove. Thanks.

Excellent belly dance shoe. I love these shoes. I bought them for belly dance. I can no longer dance barefoot and these are great for Tribal Fusion, Belly dance Hip/Hop Fusion and almost anything that you can wear a more casual shoe with or if you need a shoe for classes/practice. I am looking for something similar to these that are more dressy and that I can glam up to wear during performances. I can't say enough positive things about this shoe.

I have a tall slim 12 year old with big feet. These work perfect for her and they do not make her feet look big. They are comfortable and easy for her to move around in her hip hop dance. I would recommend these shoes, I will have to buy them again, because her feet are going to grow some more in the next couple of months.

I bought theses to help in lateral movement in jazz dancing. They hold in off balance moves like kicking, jumping but allow spinning moves while in extension. Perfect for me!

These are the perfect Zumba shoes. I had another pair of Bloch for one year from Zappos that were great but these are the best Zumba shoe and, believe me, I never had such hard time finding the perfect dance sneaker. I am telling you, don't look any further - this shoe will give you the slide, the ability to move with stability. I would not wear them in the bad weather, although have good grip you may ruin them. They are so comfortable you will be amazed at how much better you can dance. Get ready girls. Now you can dance!

Good shopping experience. As everyone said, it's one or half size smaller - I ordered 2 pair in 6 and 7 (usually I wear 6). 6 is still a little bit tight - return it free.

I recommend these shoes to any dancer who loves the feeling of the ground beneath them and doesn't need the excessive arch support or thick soles. I've enjoyed these shoes tremendously for any beginner or advance dancer. Have fun on the dance floor.

Great for long practice sessions [Argentine tango]! I wear between 5 1/2 and 6 in street shoes and got these in 6 and they are a perfect fit.

I really like these. I did listen to other reviewers and order a half a size larger than I do in sneakers and they are just a bit too big. They are incredibly light weight and offer good bounce back in class. I don't slide on the floor like another reviewer stated, so it may be a difference in the floor material of my Zumba classroom. I like the look. You may need to trim down the elastic laces, they seem a bit long. Overall, I would purchase again.
