Yes to Bloch! This is my second pair of Bloch flats and becoming one of my favorite brands. Comfortable for a flat, but not necessarily supportive, and a little snug the first few days, but now they are perfect! Also, I am usually a 9.5, but in Bloch I wear a 10.5 (40.5).
Brands I'd also recommend: Stuart Weitzman, French Sole, Cynthia Vincent, Cole Haan
