I really wanted to love these boots. Great color and price. Style looks like it would go with everything. Thanks to Zappos, it was easy to give them a try. However...the toe box seemed very narrow. My foot is neither wide not narrow, but these were very uncomfortably tight in the toe. Plus, the ankle shaft is very wide, even if you had Jabba the Hut cankles! If the leather were soft I might have thought they would end up slouchy over time, and the toe soften...but the leather was stiff, so sadly these are going back.

This is a great boot. Runs ever so slightly large, so I recommend ordering down if you're in between sizes. No break-in period -- comfortable right out of the box. Zappos had it on my doorstep in less than 24 hours! I really don't bother looking anywhere else anymore!

Quality workmanship on this Biviel boot! They are well-crafted with rich leather and color. They are also very comfortable right out of the box. Sometimes I wear a 7.5 and sometimes an 8. I bought the 38 (US 7.5)and they fit perfectly. I will enjoy these boot for many years to come.

The dark distressing on the toe and heel is more pronounced than the picture suggests.

Gorgeous boots! Went up a half size. Seem comfy but I haven't worn them out yet. The only thing is they seem like they would get dirty easily. I will definitely have to put a suede protector on them, but it makes me a bit nervous to wear them out. :)

These are beautiful little shoes at a really great price. The color is perfect and the heel height is very comfortable. I would highly recommend them. They fit true to size. I might just pad the arch a bit but they really are supportive and comfortable.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. The color is a nice soft neutral grey-blue, which goes with a lot. I also like the rubber sole - great cushioning for days when you are on your feet a lot. I wear a 7.5W or 8, and the 7.5 in these fit perfectly.

These boots were just what I was looking for. Casual but still dressy enough to look good with a great pair of jeans. And they have that little cowgirl flair that I love.

I ordered these in a size 36 (5.5) Wine. Loved them but too big. I wear a 5.5 or occasionally a 6 if the shoes have a buckled strap, but would have needed a half size down in these. Sadly, nothing smaller to reorder. I have to disagree with other review. The leather was soft. The heel well placed for comfort and stability. Quality seemed okay to me but I didn't wear them out.

These are a very nice style, texture, and a rich navy color. My size is between 7 and 7½. I have ordered 7½ in Biviel before because they can run slightly narrow. The 7 was not available, in any case. Unfortunately, the 7½ was definitely too long, and I could step right out of them. I might try the 6½ just to see. There is not much padding at the ball of the foot, slightly more under the heel. They are cute skimmers.

Very cheaply made and totally unwearable. This is the kind of discomfort that sets in about 5 minutes after having them on your feet. You can't even make it out the door in these suckers. Ouch!

This is a gorgeous shoe, with unique details. The foot bed wasn't quite as flexible as I was hoping, but it's okay. I wouldn't walk around the city all day in them, but for the amount of walking I typically do at work, they're fine.

A good looking boot but the quality was disappointing. The leather on the toe and on the shaft were totally different shades of gray on one boot and the same on the other. Also the sole padding is strange - it feels like there is a lump under your heel.

Very comfortable, trendy boots with good arch support. Have been looking for quite a while for the ultimate pair of boots, and I have finally found them! Thanks Zappos!

These are very cute and flattering to the foot. I got the red, which in some lights looks more brownish and in some more purple, and no matter what is a great color. I'm not sure I'm keeping them, though -- they're both a touch too long (though not a full half-size; this could be fixed with heel inserts) and a bit too narrow for my wide toebox. Going to wear them around the house to see if I think the toe would stretch. I very much want them to work! The height is great -- the platform makes them feel lower than they are. Very easy to walk in.

Fabulous. I returned a 37 for a 38 and these are perfect. Zappos customer service unparalleled as usual. These run a little narrow but are well made and absolutely beautiful.

These shoes are fabulous! I don't typically wear heels quite this high, so I was afraid they might be uncomfortable for me, but that hasn't been the case. However, I wouldn't wear them if I intended to be on my feet for 8 or 9 hours straight. They look great and fit pretty well, maybe just a tad too big. I normally wear either a 6 or 6.5 and I ordered a size 37, but could have gone with a 36.

Very pretty boot, well made with soft matte leather that looks like a dark grey rather than black. It's a little on the narrow side.

Love these boots! Leather is great quality. I stand at work 8-10 hours a day and I can easily wear them 8 hours but 10 starts to push the comfort level a little. Fit is good and the look is great! I get compliments almost every time I wear them! Totally worth the price!

Oh my, these are so cute. They're super comfy, true to size and well made. They show a bit of toe cleavage.
