Great sandal - My little boy loves this sandal. He says its comfortable and he likes the cool "Army" pattern. I'm sure I'll be impressed with the quality I've come to expect from Birkenstock, I know how hard boys can be on shoes because this is my third toddler!

Perfect shoes for boys! My 4-year-old son loves these shoes. I have worn Birks for years, but these are his first pair. They are definitely MUCH larger than we expected; I bought him a pair of Teva sandals at the same time, ostensibly the same size, and they fit immediately, while these are really still a bit too big. However, we just pull the straps tight and he is fine. I have noticed that even with rather light wear that the leather gets marked where one shoe hits the other along the inside near the toe, but this may be more obvious on these shoes because of the camouflage pattern. Overall, a great shoe, and quite a hit with every boy who sees them :-)

Can't go wrong with Birks!!! My son loves his first pair of Birks (I have about 10). The only problem is that he has worn them so much that the outside has already peeled off some. Other than that he has not complained and let me tell you my boy is picky when it comes to shoes!!!

My 4 year old loves these sandals! We bought these shoes before our recent vacation. My son isn't ( wasn't) a sandal fan, but we needed some warm weather shoes. He instantly liked them out of the box with the fish print, but would he think they were comfortable? YES. We did a ton of walking and he never had any discomfort. I like that we can just wash them off with a spray of water and they are just like new. Runs true to size and has many adjustments on top and back strap. I would recommend these!

Birkenstock Kids Aruba - These shoes are just what my three year old son wanted! He has a an extra wide foot and these were a perfect fit for him. He has plenty of growing room too. Do not be fooled by the narrow width as listed. I believe that these are perfect for a normal width foot all the way to an extra wide foot. You can't go wrong with these. I also want to brag on Zappos too. I ordered these shoes on Thursday around 2:00 in the afternoon and they were delivered the very next day at 5:00!!! Zappos is truly amazing. Their customer service is just unbelievable too. I would recommend them to anyone!! They treat you with total respect.

Uncommonly Uncomfortable! My son is flat footed and has always worn Birkenstocks. This sandal, however, was atypically uncomfortable for him and following his first days use he got a blister on his arch and two more on the top of his foot where the plastic strap abraded his skin. If your kids are used to the exceptional comfort of a leather upper Birkenstock with a cork footbed, they may be disappointed with this PVC sandal...it just doesn't measure up.

Wonderful for Toddlers - My son not only has wide feet but he wears shoes out quick and these Birks just seem to do awesome in both of those instances. This is his second pair and Im sure there will be a third.

Stood the Test of Time - I bought these 3 years ago for my oldest son, he wore them everyday from Spring to Fall, then his brother wore them for 2 years. They still look great. Last year I bought another pricy brand for the oldest and they really stink! I will buy two pairs of these shoes now for both the boys!

Birkenstock Kids Aruba - I bought the jungle green and the blue fish designs in this brand of shoe for my 3 year old grandson - they are the perfect thing - goes with all of his clothes, he wears one or the other pair everyday, throw them in the sink or washing machine to clean and you are ready to go again.

Fantastic :-) I misjudged the size when I bought these, so they were really too big for my son at first, but he loved the camo pattern, so he has been wearing them for more than two years. This summer will probably be the last, because they finally fit, and I think his feet are about to grow again, but I would quite happily buy another pair, even though I generally hate spending a lot on kids' shoes, since they rarely get worn for very long. I have been wearing Birks for years and I'm really glad that my son likes them as well. And this particular shoe is the envy of every boy he meets and every mother always asks me where I got them! Sometimes I wish I had business cards from Zappos to hand out :-) Great shoes, great place to buy them - life is good!
