Overall:

True to size. My son loves his new sandals. We spent 2 weeks walking Manhattan and I never heard a complaint that his feet were tired or hurt. It does take him a minute to do the buckle; it's a little difficult for him but he does it.

Overall:

I wear a size 4 ladies so I am always on the look out for children\'s birkis that look like the grown up ones. These look nice and are comfortable. They are a little bit wide but I wear them with socks for fall and winter.

Yes, these shoes are this cute on!! My 7 year old daughter loves them and wears them all the time. They seem pretty true to size and stay on well even with the open back. She does not run in them, but they are very comfortable she says for everyday wear! And, Zappos is SO INCREDIBLY fast and free shipping!!!

We love this shoe. Bought the same shoe, same print as last year, just one size up. Like many German shoe brands, Birkenstock is generouse with their sizing. We got a 34, which equals about a 35 in a Primigi or Naturino shoe.

I absolutely love these shoes and the kids think they are awesome. I have twin boys and they are always on the move. They are cool, comfortable and provide support for them in their daily activities. And it works out great since the shoes can get wet which is always a possibility with twin boys! Worth the money. Thanks Zappos!

I bought both my son & daughter a pair of the Arubas for the summer and they have wore them non-stop! They do run about a half sixe large, but they were still wearable so we\'ll get two summers out of them, however my daughter has a narrow foot so she has to wear them on the tighest buckle, which in turn means there\'s alot of strap hanging on the side. Also. they do tend to show wear easily. Both kids were able to get them off and on themselves. We have gotten a lot of use out of these but think I\'ll try another style in leather next time.

A huge fan! The entire family wears Birkenstocks and when I could not find a cute/comfortable pair of white sandals for my 3 year old, we decided to try her in a pair of Birkis. I was hesitant because of the price, but once they arrived I didn't mind spending the extra money. They are so cute, fit perfectly, are comfortable, and she can run and play in them without tripping. She is wearing a US 10, but I ordered these in a 27 (US 9-9.5) and they are a perfect fit. Highly recommended!

Although I am not a fan of Birkinstock (because they just do not fit my narrow feet), my 5 yr old granddaughter loves these and, surprisingly, can even run in them. In my opinion, they are not really suitable for small children, as they are too easy to step out of and the soles are very hard for young feet. That said, they are very cute and look just like Moms! I would recommend them for occasional use, but not for everyday. They do fit chubby feet better, so don't buy if your child has narrow feet. They would probably be more comfortable if worn with tights or socks.

The strap on the back of the shoe broke the first time my son wore them. Zappos exchanged them without hassle and my son has been wearing the exchanged pair ever since. They are a touch bigger than expected, but within tolerance. Overall, great shoe and very pleased. Zappos service is beyond exceptional.

Excellent shoes! Expensive, but worth it. My 9 year old was complaining of ankle pain for a week & 1/2, my suspicion was the flip flops & crocs. Doctor confirmed that she needed arch support. These shoes have been a perfect fit; they have held up well so far; no more ankle pain and my daughter loves them! They're cute and promote healthy feet/muscles for growing kids. Worth the money.

Birkies are adorable on a little "fat" foot. My 3 year old son has very big, wide feet. These shoes were easy to get on, and off. The only negative is that while breaking them in he got blisters on the arch of his foot. But, he never stopped wearing them. I would buy them again.

The shoes were gorgeous. It is a very comfortable shoe, but if your kid has little bit chubbier feet, like my daughter, I strongly recommend to go with 1 size higher. The strap was little bit too tight, but it was still great and my daughter likes it, too.

I bought these for my daughter and as usual, Zappos\' shipping was lightning fast! The main selling point for me was that this shoe is not made from leather. The sandal is adorable and the upper is soft on the inside with a sparkly, nubby texture on the outside. The upper hasn\'t worn as well as I would have hoped. Within several wears, the fabric began to fray slightly on the edges, but nothing a little trim with scissors couldn\'t fix. The sandals stay on my daughter\'s feet well and she says they are comfortable.

Our son lives in these...to the swim club, to the city, just a great summertime sandal. Good for his feet too!!! A must have for warm weather.

I got these for my daughter. She has to wear orthotics in her shoes all the time, but her podiatrist said she can wear Birkenstocks in the summer. She loves them! They're very pretty (especially for my girly-girl!), and provide the necessary support. But I have to say, the most wonderful thing about Zappos is that I always get my shoes in less than 24 hours! Thank you!

I chose these cute little sandals as I was looking for something comfy and that goes with everything for summer. They run a little generous in size, so I have to order a size smaller. We love them--they are perfect! Most of all, I love Zappos customer service...What could be better--free, fast, efficient delivery, including exchanges/returns and excellent customer service. You can't go wrong!

These are cute, seemingly comfortable, and well made. We wear them a lot, but I do have a few drawbacks to share. The first is that the buckles deprive my daughter (2) to learn self sufficiency; I have to put them on every time. The second is that the back of the heel flares out making it hard for her to navigate down stairs (she's still learning). Thirdly, the soles of my daughter's feet have been itching and peeling ever since she started wearing these. In the end, I wish I'd waited a few years before getting this type of shoe. But, we own them, and we like them, so we wear them lots.

Oh gosh, these Birki's look sooooo precious on my 18 month old\'s little feet!! They are high quality and well made - he gets them wet with no problem. Was true to size and he never complains while wearing them. Love, love, love them!

I ordered these for my 3 year old and they arrived after only hours! Zappos, your service is unbelievable. My girl LOVES her Birkis cause they have tiny cute 'bubbles' on them. We got the white color, pink was sold out. I'm glad I did. Her new shoes look so neat and clean. Can be worn with anything. The quality is perfect, really soft but sturdy at the same time. Zappos will hopefully carry this brand in the future because we will definitely come back for another pair. Great price for the comfort and style. Unfortunately, Birkis run a little big. I had to order them one size down.

German quality - My kids will only wear the Birkenstock sandals. Everything else is not comfortable enough anymore! We love the pink glitter one's because they are very dressy.

Great Shoes - These are super cute summer shoes. Bought them for my flat footed daughter for the therapeutic value, but thankfully she loves the sparkles. They are a little hard to buckle and seem to run a little big. Overall a great buy.

Cute & Comfy - These are so cute! My three year old begged me to get her the ladybug ones as soon as she saw them on the computer screen. They are just as adorable in person & they seem to be really comfortable. The best part is she can get them on & off all by herself in a hurry! They are a little pricier than some other shoe styles, but the sizing is very forgiving, so I think we will be able to wear them for a while. I order all of my kids shoes from Zappos because of their selection & easy return process!

They are nice but flashy and kid-ish so beware if you are older, like me. Otherwise, fabulous shoes. Will be lovely for the warmer weather.
