Love Birkenstock brand but never knew they had a 'gladiator' style. Tried them on and did not want to take them off. In addition to the cool style, the comfort is unbelievable! Love Zappos so much. Never been this pleased with a purchase in my life!

Hmm, what can I say? Peppermint Patty sandals on steroids. Classic Birk fit, wide, chunky. If you have narrow feet like me, adjusting the straps is a must, your feet will mold to the foot-bed, but do not expect a perfect fit-comfy yes! Size wise, I'm a long toed, skinny foot 8, ordered a 38, fits fine. Note, these sandals are not demure,they embody something else. That part is up to you. Get these sandals and you'll look like a gladiator ready to rumble with scary monsters, or not.

I am probably the only person on the planet made this way, but the Birkenstock footbed turns out not to agree with my feet. They are very cute, cuter than I expected, and I will just not wear for long walks. I have truly terrible feet, though.

I absolutley love these sandals, especially because I can adjust all the straps to fit both my feet andthe top strap fit around my large ankles. The leather is soft and I love the funky style!

I absolutely love these sandals! The most comfortable pair of anything that I've ever had on my feet. This is my 3rd pair of Birks and I may order another pair of these before they stop carrying them! I love these!

Loving these and I've only had them a couple hours! Had to get a size down, usually wear a 9 but, got a 39 (8). They are extremely sturdy but, look good.

I'm in love! I wear a size 10, but ordered a size down (size 40 regular instead of 41 narrow) because with Birkenstock sandals I know they run big. These gladiator sandals have great support, won't fall off your feet, super comfortable. They're going to look great with summer skirts and pants, so glad it's an early summer here in D.C. I've been wearing Birkenstocks for work since 1999, and my feet love them! after being on my feet for 13 hours.

It's a Birkenstock, so you know it's comfortable! Great shoe, with a funky look. One reviewer mentioned that they remind her of Peppermint Patty. I agree. Love the look though...just a little bit out there. Not your normal gladiator!

Love these! They truly are comfortable right out of the box...even if you're not a regular Birkenstock wearer. Love that all the straps are adjustable, as my feet tend to swell a bit in the heat! And...the ankle straps hide thick ankles! I will definitely be getting more of this brand.
