Only one thing - I love the shoe I can't wait till summer when I will get sandals. The only thing I have a problem with is were the black leather hits my foot it turns it black also my socks turns black the same way. MY service was wonderful fast and just wonderful.

I\'m a teacher so I spend a lot of time on my feet. The shoes I purchased are very comfortable. It took only a few hours for my feet to feel better after wearing them. This is my first pair, so I\'ll let you know if the shoe is durable or not.

These are the shoes I wear everyday to work. It\\\'s only recently that I\\\'ve learned that Birkenstocks work for my very flexible and flat feet and I can only wish that I had tried them earlier. They appear to be wide, which is what I need, and I like the roomy toe box. At first Birkenstocks feel stiff and odd but they very shortly became very comfortable for me. So far I have a pair of Arizona sandals and the Boston clogs. I\\\'ll probably try another style as a Christmas present to myself.\\r\\n\\r\\n

I have been buying Birkenstocks for years and am so pleased to now be buying them from Zappos. The shoes are great, but I have come to expect that from Birkenstock. What continues to surprise me is the quality of customer service at Zappos. I am a loyal customer, and don\'t really expect to ever enter a shoe store again.

Plantar Fascitiis relief! Excellent arch support for all day comfort. As others said it takes a couple of wearings to get the used to the feel. They are so comfortable I sometimes think I am wearing my slippers!

These are great, obviously a classic with little need of my endorsement. I just wanted to note that all the Birks I have run, for me a least, a half size or so big. So, I usually wear a 9, but ordered an 8.5 in these and that seems to work out fine.

I love Zappos for getting my shoes to me so freakin’ fast! These Birkenstocks are great for lounging around in on the weekends. Originally I wanted to wear them at the office, but they don’t quite work there.

I love these shoes. I spend all day on my feet, and I was experiencing a constant lower back ache. My previous flats had a 3/4 inch heel switching to this shoe, with its truly flat heel made my backache go away. I wear a 9WW. The 40 Regular fits pretty well, although they were a bit snug when I put them on brand new with socks. The break-in period was rough. I was able to wear them for one whole day without too much discomfort, but when I wore them the next day I was nearly in tears after three hours or so. It took a week or two before they were comfortable.I have two issues with the shoe. First, my big toes are shorter than my other toes. This means that my big toe does not sit with the toe bar tucked behind the joint; it sits with the padded portion directly on the toe bar. It was really uncomfortable until I developed massive calluses there. I'm not too thrilled about the calluses either. I'll probably buy a soft footbed shoe when I need to replace them. My second issue is that they don't stay on too well. When climbing ladders, I need to be aware of my shoes, so I don't trip over them and fall off. Likewise, I can't walk backwards without the shoe sliding off.

This shoe was way too small. My husband measures to a 12. This is 13-13.5 and he couldn't even slip them on. We are returning.

I have owned a pair of these now and wear 'em every day, and they are the most comfortable shoe in the world! I made the mistake of getting brown nubuck...wrong...get dirty on the surface and show it. Next black smooth leather!

I love Birkenstocks. I have a high arch, and they give me the very best support. I'm a nurse -- on my feet all day long. I never have any problems with painful feet, like many of my co workers. I have given them as gifts and whenever I do, I get a lot of thank-you's. To me, they are the most comfortable shoe ever. Buying from Zappos is the best too because if they don't fit you can exchange them for another pair without an additional shipping fee. Plus the shoes arrive overnight, which is amazing!

My 17 year old asked me to buy these for her. I was surprised as they don't seem to be a shoe a teenager would like but she loves them. She wears them constantly. She has a very flat narrow foot, the Birks in a narrow are perfect for her and she feels like she gets lots of support through the arch.

Very comfortable shoes! I'm glad I read the reviews about the break-in period. After putting them on the first time I was ready to return them, but decided to wait a couple of days. I was shocked when the foot problems I was experiencing disappeared. At first I thought they were a bit pricey; however, as I said my foot problems disappeared and they are well made. I can see I'll have these for a few years and have decided to get another pair in brown suede.

We got these shoes for our 40 year old daughter for her birthday. She is thrilled and says they can be worn with casual or dressier clothes. I was unsure about the patent leather but she loves them.
