Great shoes. I had a pair of these 30 years ago and then never replaced them. They feel great on my feet, I wear them around the house instead of slippers, on weekends going to Farmer's Market, etc.

I just bought myself a pair, and I love it! It offers great arch support (I have low arches), and it fits comfortably. It does, however, take a bit of time to break into Birks.

Fantastic shoes. Be sure to get them in your size, though; if they are a too big or too small, they won't fit your foot right and they are extremely uncomfortable. I put a stain stopper and water proofer on mine and a month later (wearing them almost every day) they still look brand new.

I've worn Birkenstock sandals for several years, but this is my first pair of "winter" Birkenstock. They are a little wider than I expected, but fine with socks as I'd planned to wear them.

Wonderfully comfortable and great looking. Nice suede fabric. Although I wear a medium width normally, in Birkenstock the narrow is fine - and the shoe doesn't look clunky. I wear a women's 11 or 11.5 in a regular shoe; the 42 feels perfect.

We already know Zappos shipping and return policy is the best in the industry! I bought this Birk for my brother and I hear he loves the fit and comfort. He chose this soft sole over the conventional Birk for comfort.

I am a huge Birkenstock fan. I've been wearing them since I was in high school (about 20 years!). Since I use them as my house shoes, this style is my favorite. Cool enough in the summer, with thick socks -- warm enough in the winter, and I don't look like a total goofball if I forget to change shoes before hitting the grocery store. I wear a 9.5 or 10 normally, but I always wear a 39 in Birks. Where I ordinarily enjoy a little extra toe room in other shoes, I like my Birks to fit my feet exactly. Some folks say that the soft Birks run smaller, but they all fit the same on me. These are a little tougher to break in because the Havana Oiled is a thick leather, but it's well worth it. They are good looking, durable, and extra-ordinarily comfortable. Thanks, Zappos!

Just got this shoe today. This shoe is super comfortable right out of the box. It runs true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 the size 39 fits perfectly. I think these are well worth the money. You won't be disappointed. The color is really pretty too. I'm very happy with this shoe.

These are more comfortable than the regular Boston style! I put these on right out of the box and spent the rest of the day running errands. My feet felt fantastic at the end of the day! I'm going to get them in black too. As usual Zappos delivered them quickly! I highly recommend these if you have a high arch and instep like me.

My second pair of these over the last 20 years. Comfortable and easy on/off and the leather means I can step in wet grass or walk light rain without getting soaked. Good toe protection. A little on the ugly side with the buckle but normally my jeans covers that. Wish they had a slightly more feminine version of these, but really likes the oiled leather for durability and protection. I tried a suede version of these years ago and the dye from the leather stained my socks and they got soaked pretty quickly in damp temps.

My mom has been through two pairs of these, she actually took my pair as her first Birkenstock shoes. I was shocked since we don't see eye-to-eye on anything fashion-related. Anyway, she loves her Bostons. Be sure to seal the cork soles with a Birkenstock Cork Life or a similar brand, or you will have to replace them sooner than expected. Fabulous arch support!

Awesome shoe. Order down a size. I had so many issues after a prior foot surgery but between these, my Birkenstock sandals and regular foot massage - my feet have never felt better. Sloppier look than the Danskos but comfort over style any day!
