I have owned or do currently own over 10 styles of Birkenstocks. I live in those shoes. This is my first pair of softbed soles and I love them! I have a wide foot and was worried that they might feel tight, but they do not. They just feel cushiony. I love Arizona as always and this color blue is beautiful and rich looking.

Birkenstock sandals were recommended to me years ago as a treatment for heel spurs. I continue to wear them consistently. Zappos' has the best online and telephone help imaginable. A "BIG PLUS" is their "OVER THE TOP" fast delivery. Great job, ZAPPOS!!!!!

Classic Birks. Minimum break in time. I am finding that the right shoe is slightly larger than the left but that could just be me noticing a slight difference in my own feet. You cannot go wrong with a Birkenstock in the long run though.

I typically used the regular footbed, so was unsure of getting the soft footbed, but I wanted a better color and all of those seem to be in the soft footbed. It is a big difference, and personally I find the regular footbed required less break in/and is more comfortable. But I do like the soft footbed after wearing them a few times. The blue color is great, so I like them for the versatility.

I was amazed at how quickly my shoes arrived! The shipping was free and I had my shoes in four days. I have waited up to four weeks on other sites! The shoes themselves are FABULOUS!! This is a beautiful purple. The leather upper is very soft and comfortable. The sole of the shoe is extremely supportive. One foot is larger then the other, so the adjustable straps are perfect.
