If only they fit. These shoes were GREAT looking. Unfortunately, they run quite short and in spite of this, they slipped at the heel. As usual, Zappos' service was exemplary.

Don't be fooled! This is not a quality made piece of luggage. Do not let the price deceive you. This is for fashion only and not for durability. The zippers are extremely stiff and difficult to open and close. The extendable handle is not secure/well made. After only one use I think it would be risky to try and use this again for airline travel. Zappos offers no warranty on this product and after researching Bikkembergs I discovered that they sell all their products 'as is' with no warranty.

love these and I was particularly looking for a gray ballet flat and thought I had found it. But when you walk in them, they make a lot of noise! I couldn't handle it, so I sent them back. Darn!

Always wanted Bikkembergs. Being a European shoe snob, I've always wanted a pair of Bikkembergs. These are very cute shoes. However, the sole is very stiff and doesn't bend. I sort of clomped in them. Also, the upper leather is very stiff and almost sharp; it dug into my skin, and I wasn't willing to overlook potential blisters as there are too many cute, comfortable Euro shoes offered on Zappos. Of course, returning is a breeze with Zappos. I wouldn't buy shoes anywhere else!

Very cute and stylish. Top of shoe rubbed a bit the first time I wore them, but afterwards, no problem. Lots of compliments.

One size does not fit all - I have an L/XL head and I love this hat, but the whole one size does not work for anybody who needs L/XL. So many brands limit their size to OFA, so I have to pass even if I really want it, unless I want a head ache. To uncomfortable to wear. :(

A great slide ion every respect - This slide is manly, attractive, true to fit, gives you a rich feeling and most importantly is extremely comfortable. You cannot go wrong... And the representatives of Zappos were extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. My kudos to each of them!!!

Bikkembergs - These shoes look fabulous, but they weren't nearly as comfortable as I thought they would be. I suppose that if I were actually buying them to bike in, then they would be fine, but as far as everyday wear, not so much.
