I love this bag and get so many compliments on it- but, after a few wearings, several of the appliqued flowers on the straps started to fray a bit on the edges. Took it to a shoe repair shop, but they didn't think they could do anything to repair. Not going to return it, since it's not in stock anymore in Gunmetal and it doesn't seem to impact the wear, just the appearance a bit. It's an adorable purse, but the quality is a bit disappointing.
