Outstanding... Great watch! Rugged and clean styling. The titanium is lightweight and I've been getting quite a few compliments (something I didn't expect from such a simple design).

Not too shabby - So far, this watch seems to keep accurate time, look good and wear well. One nit. The band is kind of a hassle with the grommets -- it takes a little fussing around to get things properly lined up and connected correctly, but once that's done no complaints.

I am a sea kayaker and spend a lot of time in salt water. This is a great watch. It is water proof, it is rugged, and it is easy to read...

Nice watch. A little larger than I was expecting but still fits fine. Easy to read time but small date. Watch doesn't use pins so can only use Bertucci or NATO-style band. Cons are all all outweighed by very nice styling.
Brands I'd also recommend: Seiko 5 military

About Bertucci
With each watch created, MH Bertucci studies the ways in which it will be worn and used. If traditional crown placement impedes wrist motion, they move it. If standard straps and buckles break in demanding situations, they build long-lasting nylon and leather straps and a more durable buckle and keeper. If normal crystals scratch and crack too easily, they create a U.S. patented case with a recessed, mineral glass crystal.
In the end, each MH Bertucci watch is designed, engineered and purpose-built to survive the rigors of daily use. Simply put, watches from MH Bertucci perform like no other field watch because they´re built like no other field watch.

The Good: 1) I like the offset crown at 4-o'clock (the primary reason for buying this watch). This is how all watches should be to avoid having the crown digging into the back of your hand. 2) The band goes under the watch so you don't feel the cold metal of the watch, nothing major, just a nice touch. 3) The adjustment on the watchband fits a wide range, so no problem finding a comfortable position. 4) The buckle on the band is metal, not plastic. The Bad: 1) Adjusting the time and date on with the crown is a little tricky, but not just enough to be annoying. 2) The second hand does not align exactly to the second marks on the watch. This a personal pet peeve of mine. Is this really that difficult to achieve? I have only one watch that got this right and it is a Citizen. 3) How difficult will it be to find replacement watch bands for this watch considering its slightly odd design? All things considered this is a decent "field" watch. I will be curious to see how it holds up over time.

Most excellent purely functional watch - I've had the old military field watches issued to me and have owned a few old radium dial watches, this watch is superb in quality and function. Be advised it is a bit large, which I discovered after ordering it; I was a bit miffed and thought about cancelling the order and going for the more familiar smaller field watch standard. Well now, I'm very happy and a real plus is that I did expose the face to big light, but have it in the dark, and it is still extremely readable in the dark. Let me editorialize on low light readability: Some people want luminensce from GITD based paint, some want some watch face orientation where the numerals are readable. What is important in some slight light emanating for long periods where the reader is responsible for orientation of the watch, by feel, and you can quickly determine the time. This watch is what it is, I'm getting more for my friends.

Great watch! I love that the straps wrap around the wrist and under the watch. I live in a humid\/hot city and used to sweat under the bezel. This watch looks and feels great.

I bought this watch for my husband as a casual wear to work/outdoors watch. He absolutely loves it. It is well designed and has a classic look that will certainly stand the test of time. I would highly recommend this watch.

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas and he absolutley loves it! He had some specific requirements; the watch had to have a durable, non-chafing wrist band, needed to have a face big enough to see, but not so big that it looked ridiculous on his wrist, and the yellow was just a huge plus! The watch is light weight, with an easy to read contrasting face.

Excellent build quality and vintage look. Very rugged. Nice large dial looks beefy on my largish wrist. My only complaint is the thickness of the case - it is very thick and therefore can get hung up on your cuff, or won't even fit under some shirts I own. I do wish the second hand lined up precisely with the second marks on the dial, but few watches do in this price range. So far, it keeps time very accurately - more so then my old watch, which cost three times as much. Overall, the best vintage style field watch.

Very funny failure. Right now, today I am researching when I purchased this watch as the 'minute' hand is loose! It just flops around. I missed the return period by 13 days! Will update if I get any good news. But so far, if you want a watch that will last over a year, this is it! If you want it to last a year and two weeks, go elsewhere.

Great watches - better company. The watch fits great, looks great and is very comfortable. I had a small issue with my nylon band and called the company about it. Within a week I had a new one - no cost - and they were very friendly and great to work with. I would recommend these watches to anyone who wants to wear a durable watch and support a great company.

Overall, I give it a 3.4 of 5. The red military numbers on the face of the watch are tiny and you have to look very closely (barely visible from your wrist). The titanium case is very light and strong so that's a plus. The date window is small. The ticks on the face of the watch barely glow in the dark. I have a $50 Timex camper that glows much stronger than this watch. It has a pretty solid crystal. Aesthetically, the styling is super-cool. They make a big deal out of the band that comes with it, but it's just a band. Overall I'd like to see a little more from this watch. The bottom line is you're paying for a very strong, lightweight titanium case.
Brands I'd also recommend: Invicta, Casio G-shock, Timex, Hamilton

I really like the watch face, but the strap needs to be improved. For the overall price and elegance of the watch, the strap is not.

This is a great watch- but one piece of advice... when you set the watch make sure to push the knob ALL THE WAY IN when you're done. Even if you don't have to set it- PUSH THE KNOB. Otherwise it's not waterproof.

I love this watch. I actually wish they made a female version. I got it for my son's birthday, and he loves it too. Nice simple style, easy read face, and you can read it in the dark. Simple and very good looking.
