Gorgeous shoe! I usually wear a 10. Ordered an 11 in these anticipating they ran small. The 11 was still too small. I don't know if it's the cut of the shoe or the way the vertical strap wraps around the center of the toe box...very uncomfortable.

Order a full size up. I'm a 6.5 and got the 7.5. Right length but unfortunately they were very uncomfortable and I have to return them. The elastic was really tight around the heel. The back of the heel is also quite high and irritating. It's too bad because the shoes are nicely made and very cute.
