Nice looking, but not as comfortable as I like. Not for a full day at the office and certainly not a walking shoe. Narrow fit, needed a wide even though I don't wear wide sizes.

Runs huge! Was more than a full size too big, and baggy around the instep. Bottom of shoe is very smooth and slippery as well. Should be more comfortable for a mid level heel. It's going back.

Felt sloppy. Slipped in the heel and felt too wide. I thought I could use insoles to soften the unpadded ball of the foot area. No go. Very pretty on, but impossible to walk in.

The loose material at the top is a bit strange if your foot doesn't fill it out, which was the case for me. It was big overall as well.

I love these shoes! I first bought them in brown and then later in blue and black. They fit great out of the box. I wore them for a full day and my feet still felt great - which is really something as I have a bunion I'm waiting to have corrected.

Love these shoes. I ordered a half size larger in wide width and they were so comfortable. I'm not a high heel person but these shoes were easy to wear! I ordered them in brown and I am trying to get them in black too. They look great with jeans.

I chose these because I wanted heels that would be appropriate to wear with slightly bulky black tights and create a sleek silhouette. I was planning a trip to NYC in cold weather so they needed to be appropriate for a lot of walking, also. These do this perfectly. I ordered my size, 6 1/2 B, and they fit well. I run a bit wide (high instep) and this shoe accommodated that. It's nice quality faux suede that looks great and hugs the foot. My only quibble with the style is that from the top, the shape could be a more tapered "hourglass." I happen to love kitten heels, so I think these shoes are very elegant looking. The elongated toe lengthens the foot and leg if you stick with very dark hose. The other thing is that the soles are leather, and yes, the graphics are very cute, but way too slippery for me, so I roughed them up with sandpaper for a little more stability. Did lots of walking all over Midtown during a cold windy late March weekend and these shoes did the job and looked fabulous. I am totally satisfied and thrilled that I found them.

These booties were a real find! With my size 9 WW feet I always have trouble finding the right fit, but these are exactly perfect. I wish they had rubber soles, though. No need for bunion surgery for my battered feet! Shoes like this make it easy to look good, even with extra wide feet. I wear them with jeans (great!) and with matching tights and a skirt. Tres chic! I am going to try this brand again.

These were super cute but based on previous reviews I bought a half size smaller than my size. That was a mistake. These are true to size, I think so no need to go down a half size. Heel is just the right length to give some height without getting crazy. Overall I liked this shoe just needed a larger size.

This is a beautiful, stylish shoe with an elegant but sturdy heel. The upper instep is soft, stretchy fabric that integrates nicely with the structure of the shoe. My daughter received many compliments. She did not find it very comfortable, but said she would still choose it.

Wow! These shoes are so comfortable. There's no break-in time, great out of the box. Felt true to size, maybe a little generous. I really want to review Zappos as well. The shipping was lightning fast and I paid less than on another site. Kisses to you for an awesome site!

Cute shoe, usually wear a 9.5 c width, after reading other reviews ordered the 9.5 ww. The shoe was very, narrow.

I loved this shoe, and it fit really well. Too well in fact. I wear a narrow, but needed some additional padding in the ball of the foot. With socks, I had no room for the pad. But I need the narrow heel. I may try a 1/2 size larger... actually, a rubber sole would probably have done the trick for me.
