I ususally don't write reviews but I had to write one for this item. It is a very nice looking sandal and my 4 year old liked them right away. She has narrow feet. They run a little wide but she likes to wiggle her toes. The reason I am writing this is because of the smell that emits from these sandals. When we got them I took them out of the box and immediately a very chemical smell filled them room. I should have just send them back right away but I was hoping it would go away after a few days. Now she is 3 weeks into wearing them and the smell is still pretty strong. I am not sure what if it is, the sole or the top part. They are made partially from leather which is very nice and soft but I never bought a leather shoe before that smelled like this. I am reluctant now to have my kid wear these shoes especially without socks. It just cant be good to have something smelling like this on your skin all day. I guess I just have to buy a different pair from a different copmany. Too bad.

This was the first time I purchased this brand. I was hoping they were going to be a great shoe- YES they are! Not only are the super comfortable but flexible and sturdy as well. The color goes with everything. Love them!

Super cute and comfy but shoe fell apart within a week, tassels frayed after one day and side tore apart after 3 days of wear. Am returning and trying a different shoe.

Great sandal! Made very well and love that it has a hook and loop closure. My son fits in a 6.5 and wanted a 7, so got the 7-7.5, I compared it to his other shoes and it's the same size as a 7. It's plenty big for him to grow into without being too big that he'll trip and fall or the sandals falling off. Has big openings to air out his feet without toes being exposed or slipping out of a hole. Designed really well.

I love these shoes in both navy and brown. They are roomy enough for my twin 26 month old boys to wear socks for now and they should last into fall. The leather insoles are a must in my house to avoid stinky sandals in summer. There is plenty of support and cushioning. The ankle strap is long with a lot of Velcro to secure the strap. My boys like the colored dots on the shoes (on top). I am really pleased with these shoes overall and will probably order a few more for each. I have not been able to find other closed toe sandals with leather insoles that compares to these in style, comfort and fit. The Salt Water Sharks were too narrow, Stride Rite Ericsons were not attractive on the feet and were narrow at the base of the toe where the feet are widest, and the See Kai Run Jude Sandals were way too wide on my boys' feet.

This shoe was absolutely adorable but it seemed about 1/2 a size too small. I would have ordered up a size but was afraid they would be just too wide. Bummer...they were really cute. If your child has shorter, wider feet, these would probably work for you.

I love Beeko - great quality and workmanship. They are super cute too! My daughter loves these shoes, wore them on day 1 and said they were very comfortable.

The look is great though they are unfortunately quite big and wide. My girl even need normally wider shoes...

Loved the look of this shoe, however after two times wearing them the leather was scuffed off the toes and one of the flowers on the velcro was missing...so disappointed. Will be returning them, sadly...

So cute! My daughter's foot is slightly wide and these fit perfectly. She loved them and we can't wait till the weather warms up here in NY.

Best boots ever! Wow. My kid, who begs for pretty shoes but doesn't like how most of them feel, so ends up wearing sneakers everywhere, loves her beekos. She put them on when they arrived in the mail and kept them on until bedtime (we do not wear shoes in the house). She wears them every day. They are comfortable and beautiful. She gets compliments on them wherever she goes. We have had them for about three months now and they are starting to get worn down on one part of her heel. I love how lightweight and flexible they are. These boots are perfect if you have a girl who is used to wearing wide sneakers or Keens or Tevas all the time but wants something a little dressier without sacrificing comfort. I wish they made them in my size!

I bought these for my granddaughter and she loves them. They have gotten a lot of mileage already and continue to hold up! That's a lot to say for a shoe worn by an 8 year old.

This is the 2nd pair I bought of these. First was in brown and now this. I personally prefer the earth colors, but my daughter much prefers this one. The quality is great. She wears is every day all winter. Last year the boots were well worn after all season and we discarded them because the sole was wearing thin. I see the same happening this year with the new pair, but it is expected after so much wearing. The leather is soft and the cut allows the boot to "hug" the leg comfortably. I will look for it again next winter.

My daughter got home from school crying of how bad her feet were hurting from those boots. Horrible! Very uncomfortable! Do not recommend to anyone!

Great boot! My 5 year old has worn them everyday since they arrived. They are comfortable to wear all day long. They do run a little small. I ordered a size up and they fit perfect.

As others listed...I ordered 1 1/2 sizes up (wanted a little grow room) and am very glad I did. This boot is a must have for little girls.

I will preface this review by saying that my daughter is extremely picky and will only wear shoes that "feel good". These boots exceeded our expectations. They are extremely comfortable and my daughter wants to wear them every day. They are stylish and very well-made. Thank you Zappos for outstanding customer service and next day delivery!

Really cute well made boots! Not too high not too low exactly what we were looking for. My daughter has been wearing them 3x week at least for 2 months and they still look good.

My 6 year old daughter put these boots on straight out of the box and has worn them virtually every day since (3-4 weeks). She can walk long distances, jump, run and play.

Very nice leather boots. Very comfy. But for the price I'm disappointed that after one day the little Beeko sign on the side is broken and dangling now. Thinking about exchanging it for another pair if I'm allowed to.
