Wow! I was actually a little concerned about what I was going to get when I purchased this shoe, but I have just about worn them ever since. The leather is soft and the shoes are well made, I think I am going to buy a brown pair now.

Fantastic mocs. They are handmade and the leather is high quality and feels great on bare feet. They dress up or down. The perfect shoe IMHO.

Best shoe find ever! My son came home from college for Thanksgiving without shoes, only slippers. I knew I could count on Zappos for amazing delivery on all accounts and they came through like always. My son was hesitant at first with theses shoes now they are his favorites. No break in time, "weathered" enough not to stick out as "new" yet new and so comfortable. He wears them all of the time now and they are his go to shoe! We love Zappos!

These babies are sharp! So they just showed up in the mail today (which is insane - I ordered them at 4:00 yesterday) and a preliminary inspection showed me several things: 1.) They are a dang fine looking pair of kicks 2.) The color is a fair shade lighter than the picture indicated; with a good amount more of the 'worn' patina to the leather. This is not a bad thing! (Actually, it's awesome.) Bedstu takes pride in the individuality of each and every one of their products - so understand that your pair will not look exactly like the one in the picture! 3.) They appear to be a very sturdy and well-made pair of mocs that (hopefully) will stand up to plenty of wear and tear. Then I tried them on, and I noticed several more things: 1.) Mmmmm... comfy... please don't make me take them off. Ever. 2.) I usually wear between a 12 and a 13 (having a selection of shoes in both sizes, depending on the brand) - I ordered a 13 here due to availability and they fit like a glove...for your foot. They slide on easily without feeling loose on my foot. Perfection. 3.) Not much arch support here! Flat-footers beware, there is little to no stability to the arch in the existing footbed. I may choose to put a different insert in, but as shown in the video review - most of the structure of the bottom of the shoe is in the insert. I'm not terribly concerned though. All in all, I'm stoked about my new Surfliners. They're obnoxiously comfortable and look even better than I expected them to. That, combined with Zappos' top-notch service and freaky-fast shipping, puts me in the deliriously satisfied customer category! Thanks Zappos and Bedstu!

I bought these for my husband who recently retired. He wore heavy steel toe work boots all the time for 35 years. Good-bye work boots, hello, comfort! He loves them! He has high arches and they are comfortable.
I'd also recommend: Well, I got my husband a pair of Crocs slides, but they're for Fathers Day. Stay tuned !
