These boots run BIG! I ordered an 8.5 and my shoe size is between 8.5 and 9 always. I'm going to try the 8. I had a good inch in front of my toe. Also the color is more grey/washed black than brown. Perhaps I'm color blind. Very good construction, rugged really good looking boot.

These are buy far one of the most underrated boots out there. I love the look and feel, but most importantly the comfort. I have ordered a few other brands from Zappos, all costing more, but none fitting as well as these.

Awesome shoes! They are comfortable and look bad-ass and that is hard get in boots. I wear it with jeans and any top from black to gray, and brown can go with it. They do run big so get a full size smaller!
I'd also recommend: mark nason, steve madden, rockport, frye

Nice boots. Stylish and incredibly comfortable. Not really black, however they look good with brown or black jeans. And as usual Zappos rocks.

I usually wear a size 9 running shoe (New Balance, Saucony, etc) just as a reference. I had to return a size 8.5 to go for a full size down at an 8 which is a good fit. Looks great, soft material, doesn't feel like it needs any break in. We'll see how durable it is...but it's a good looking pair.
