These boots run half a size larger than normal. I am reordering in a smaller size, but overall the profile is large. They are great quality and style, but massive and impressive visually.

This boot's color was completely washed out when it arrived. To get it to look like the pictures here you will have to use tan shoe polish. Otherwise it looks almost white. I ordered a full size smaller than my usual 11 and they fit perfect.

The color is a darker of what appears on the picture, and I ordered my normal size 11, and I had it to return it, they are one full size bigger! Other than that, the shoes are great and look great!

This a nice fitting boot. The color is a lot darker than appears in the picture. So, plan on a browner boot arriving at your door, not tan. That was the only disappointment. Size is smaller, so order a half or maybe whole size larger than norm.

I've owned these boots for a few months now, this is a great boot. The coloring was off from the picture, I thought I'd be getting a pale tan, but they're more of a a gray-brown. Great fit, great broken in feel, solid construction. I've only had one problem and a squeak on the left heel. But that's easily fixed with silicon spray. They are very visually impressive, and I've received numerous compliments while wearing them. Think Urban Cowboy. You know you want them.

My transaction couldn't have gone any smoother!!! The shoes were shipped on time, easily tracked and arrived in perfect shape. I would recommend dealing with Zappo's for any thing. Their return policy also gives you plenty of protection should the item not fit or not be to your satisfaction. I will use them again.

The reviews are funny. Half say the boot is too large, the other too small; half say it's bleached out, the other half say it's too dark. All of which adds up to I ain't buying. Too unpredictable and too bad, because they look great.

Was showing a coworker the boots as I was ordering them Friday at about 4pm, he was standing with me the next morning at about 8am when the driver handed them to me. Order processed very quickly. Great boots if you are wearing them for occasions, as I am. 5 star rating is based on the service and product exceeding my expectations but wouldn't consider them durable enough to be an everyday boot. True to size. Great comfort.

Let me set this straight, the color is spot on, and I do not see why others had post irregularities in color! I have many brands of boots and sincerely these feel like they had been on my feet forever, they just fit amazingly! They look super sexy and they become instantaneously the favorite boot from my collection! I order them half a size smaller! If you are 9, go for 8½, and you will be amazed!

These boots are great exactly what I was looking for. They come almost broken in all the way, I had zero discomfort. I always get compliments on them as well. Only reason I gave a 4 for style, just as another review said they did come a little darker than the photo, still happy with them though and recommend to buy them. One person mentioned using a polish if you want them lighter, have yet to try it out.
