Shoes runs small by one full size. I wear a 9 and had to return the first pair of these shoes and get a size 41 in order for the shoe to fit! Good looking shoes, just run small.

The bag is beautiful, but way too heavy, even empty. I ordered but had to return. Also, worried that the snake finish would peel.

Love these shoes! I wear them ten hours a day and they never hurt my feet. The leather is so soft that it conforms to the foot. I have had more compliments on this shoe than all my other couture shoes combined. I wish Zappos would carry more of this brand. They are well worth the price.

Great bag - I was looking for a large designer bag and thought this would fit the bill. It is a great bag, but it is much smaller than it looks in the picture. The measurements are correct, so I guess I can't really complain. I will keep the bag because it is beautiful, soft and functional.

They run a size small - These are great shoes but they run a size small. I'm a US size 8 so I got the EU size 38 but I had to exchange them for the 39 (US size 39).
