I just got the black in size 8 and they are comfortable. However, they are not leather, they are fabric. Perhaps the brown is leather, and this shoe is cute enough that I might buy those. But I really wanted a black leather shoe and this kind of bums me out. Hopefully they will last.

I love these shoes! I am a true 7 and originally ordered them in that size but my toes hit so I re-ordered the next size up. They are a bit roomy but with an insert I think they will be perfect. They are really comfortable and have a super soft foot bed. These are a really classic looking shoe and I can't wait to show them off! And I couldn't be happier with Zappos and their quick shipping. Just got these shoes yesterday and boy howdy do I love them! So cute and easy to wear. Got a 7.5, seems like there is slight slippage. I am usually a 7.5 so perhaps they run slightly big. Haven't gotten to wear them out yet, as it is winter here in NYC but can't wait till I can rock these all the time!

Comfortable shoe, indeed. What helps the height of this shoe is the platform and the rounded toe. One tiny complaint is that at the end of a long day on my feet, I do notice my big toe is a little sore. The heel of my feet are not sore at all. But don't let this discourage you from buying this shoe. I get many compliments. I'm giving it a 4 for comfort.

These are really cute, and I wanted to love them but my arches are so high that they show through the side of the shoe and it does not look good. Also, the smallest hole on the strap was too large for my ankle on the smallest size. So if you have high arches and a small frame, these may not work for you.

These shoes are so great. Cool grey shoes are rare, and this wedge style, with the removable, yes, that's right, removable ankle strap makes them even more versatile. They are very comfortable and have a pretty fabric lining. The sizing is slightly generous; I usually wear 7.5 or 8 depending on the style, and this 7.5 is almost a bit loose. That being said, I like them so much I might order them in another color!

The sizing on this shoe is definitely off. I'm a 9.5 and that size in these shoes left a 1/2 inch gap at the heel. Same complaint about the strap. Not enough holes on the strap to make it tight enough on my ankle. You could make an additional hole but then you have 4 inch of strap hanging out there with nothing to hold it down. Returning.

I purchased these in black for a wedding I am attending. They are actually pretty comfortable. I will be wearing them with a 50's style pin up wiggle dress. I was afraid they wouldn't go well style wise, but they look adorable with the dress! They also look great with a simple skirt or jeans. Very easy to dress up or dress casual with these! All in all... One of my favorite pairs of shoes!

I gave this shoe 5 stars because I don't plan on wearing them daily otherwise it'd get a 4. The size felt off, I'm a true 7.5 but these felt slightly bigger. I think that after some wear I'll have to use some inserts. I don't know if I would recommend sizing down because I feel had I gotten a 7 it would've been too snug. But if you are seriously in between sizes go down. I got the brown color and it a dark cognac brown, very wearable with just about anything. They are well made, not heavy and the ankle strap is comfortable, it can also be removed if you dislike it. It says the wedge is 3 inches but it doesn't feel that way because of the platform. They are so easy to walk in. Besides the off sizing these are practically perfect casual wedges.
