I purchased these fun boots for my daughter to wear during winter conditions. The sole has tread to prevent slippage in snow and ice. It is easy to tuck in jeans since the shank is roomy. The colorful fabric decoration is very festive and works with pants, skirts, and dresses.

My boots just arrived - I love them! They come up fairly high on my calf (I'm 5'5"), and are a super cute look. Due to their width (they don't hug your leg), you couldn't wear these under jeans; but you can definitely rock these with leggings or skinny jeans. I haven't worn them outside my house yet, so can't comment on comfort -- but they feel good to me so far. I might throw a padded insert in for extra cushion. Overall - super cute and a great price. One important note -- they are not red shown in the picture, but are rust colored. I was okay with that -- I'll probably wear them more as result. (Though I was really excited about red boots for while!)

The area around the ankle was too big as well as the shaft. I would have loved them had those two things been smaller. They are adorable though.
