BC Footwear

I love the shoe but, like other customers, find that it does not fit right. I ordered my regular size but it is too big. I may try a size smaller and hope it fits.

Very cute, comfortable sandal. I ordered them in natural and I love the way the camel-colored leather and the lighter raffia material work together. The leather at the toe started to show some wear pretty quickly, but it's not obvious. For the price and the comfort, I'd definitely recommend.

1. The bottoms are not rubber, some kind of cloth? I have been noticing this a lot. So I replaced them with rubber soles. 2. I almost broke my ankle 4 times before I decided I should never wear them again. I actually had to go to a store on my way to work and purchase new shoes because I was scared I would hurt myself. It must be the shape more of a "flatform". I have been wearing wedges my entire life without issue. Too bad because I loved them.

In spite of previous reviews, I was hoping this shoe would work out, but sadly it did not. I'm a true 8 1/2 and this shoe was really loose around the ankle and didn't want to take a chance on ordering a 8, so back to Zappos they go.

Unless you love stiff leather, avoid this shoe. Plus, I have narrow feet, but the front part of the shoe was almost so tight I couldn't put the shoe on properly. The style was nice, but reality, not as much.

I'm glad I ordered these! I love the style and they were just what I was looking for. The leather is just the right thickness not to be too stiff nor to seem to cheap. On one foot the middle leather tab pokes at a toe a bit when I walk. I wore them to work one time but this might irritate with a lot of walking.

This is a very cute shoe and comfortable considering the height. I'm just waiting for a nice day so I can wear it. I live in Oregon where it is always raining.

Stubby. Doesn't seem to be a full cork heel as it makes a lot of noise when walking.

These are so cute and fit great but the leather makes the most horrid squeaking noises so unfortunately I'm returning them.

I absolutely love the look of this shoe! Unlike the previous reviewer, I especially love how the stripe is different on the inside (you can tell it was intentionally designed that way). I would agree with the other reviewer that the toe strap isn't very wide, which can make your foot look a little wide. However, the shoe is so adorable it really doesn't bother me. While not the lightest shoe, I think they're really comfortable. I'm tempted to get the purple!

Lovely, lovely, lovey spring wedges. I received several compliments about these shoes my first time wearing them. They are very comfortable and a unique and versatile color. They are the perfect spring wedge. :) The portion of the shoe is a tiny bit loose but not enough to reduce the like-ability of the BC Scowl.

This is a beautiful shoe. Not only beautiful, but comfortable. Wore them to my son's wedding. Wore them to an award's event. Got compliments galore. Ladies, if you need a shoe to wear to a special event, get this shoe!

I gave this shoe 5 stars because I don't plan on wearing them daily otherwise it'd get a 4. The size felt off, I'm a true 7.5 but these felt slightly bigger. I think that after some wear I'll have to use some inserts. I don't know if I would recommend sizing down because I feel had I gotten a 7 it would've been too snug. But if you are seriously in between sizes go down. I got the brown color and it a dark cognac brown, very wearable with just about anything. They are well made, not heavy and the ankle strap is comfortable, it can also be removed if you dislike it. It says the wedge is 3 inches but it doesn't feel that way because of the platform. They are so easy to walk in. Besides the off sizing these are practically perfect casual wedges.

I found these too tight. Beautiful. But my feet tend to swell and it was just too narrow even though I ordered a med width.

Love them. Can't wait to get them in black. They dress up or down. Sized perfect and very comfy.

Love the look of these with shorts, jeans, and dresses. They fit true-to-size. The foot bed is flat like most BC sandals. They are a little stiff but will probably break in with wear.

I loved the look of these immediately. The leather is great and the shoe looks well made and classy. My slightly wide 8.5 foot would not even go into the toe box area. They were just too narrow. Major bummer, but I'll just keep looking.

I love the unique style of these sandals. I ordered them in the natural and am a little disappointed with the quality of the leather though. I'm still keeping them. They'll be a great sandal for the summer.

I bought the BC Footwear Main St. in size 6, black. I am usually a size 6 in sandals. These fit great and are comfy too. I was worried the back zipper would cut into my heel, but it's not bad, just a little stiff, like it should be (I have pretty sensitive feet and get blisters easily). The straps wrap my foot in so nothing is slipping out or moving around, so maybe if you have wider feet these may not work for you. The inside is lined with suede, so it's really soft. The sole is also kind of cushiony, which is nice, especially for a sandal. My left foot is a little less comfortable than my right foot, but I think it's because I'm convinced that my left foot is smaller than my right. But it could also be the construction of the shoe; no pairs can be perfectly symmetrical, anyway. I love these, they're so cute and much edgier than flip flops or t-strap sandals!

I love the shoes. Customer service was excellent, she did her thing to make sure I got my shoes in time for my trip in a matter of 4 days. Will purchase again.
