This shoe is not all that comfortable. Even with dress socks, the shoe felt kind a bit tight. Based on their claims with the ICS adjustable disk etc, i felt no difference when setting it to C for comfort and F for firm, Seemed like I fell for the marketing claim that doesn't do anything. Returned it to Zappos to get better shoes.

These shoes were great, for the first couple weeks. However, the coushioning compressed quickly and became very uncomfortable. Durability was very disappointing for a service shoe. Soft rubber soles wore out quickly, stitching fraid, and uppers started to come apart after only a couple of weeks. Granted, I'm a delivery person who is on the go all the time, but I have had shoes that cost half as much, last twice as long.

This shoe is the best work shoe I ever owned. No slip, and is very well built. I wish it was avail. in a 5E but the 4E is good, a little tight but great shoe.
