I love the way these look. They are a beautiful shoe, but they make my feet bleed. After ordering and returning 2 other sizes (I'm a 10 but had to get 9.5) and wearing them as much as possible, I have still not broken them in. The leather is stiff and I have tried everything. I have resorted to carrying another pair of shoes with me to change into. I have normal sized feet, not too wide. I have started putting thick tape on the back of my heels while I wear them. If anyone can tell me how to break in these shoes, please tell me. I love them and don't want to give up.

Either this shoe is mis-marked or it is very generous cut. This shoe is about 1 1/2 sizes too big for my size 10 foot. It fits more like a 10 mens shoe!

I really want some Cole Haans. The front part fit right, but the heel is too wide. Unable to keep. Had to send back.

I could live in these shoes! I was looking for an alternative to fuddy duddy flats for jeans, leggings, etc. and then I remembered the loafers of my past, a real junkie in high school. These are fantastically comfortable. They run 1/2 a size large. I normally wear a 9 and ordered 8.5 I have shiny pennies in mine and have bought them for my daughters. Awesome!

The shoes felt comfortable. After about a dozen times wearing them in work, the leather tore around the stitching on the top of the shoe. I had them repaired by a local shoemaker, but split again after wearing them once. Would not recommend these shoes. Poor quality and does not hold up.

This was a big bummer. I have purchased these shoes before and absolutely love them but something has changed. The wide now slips on my heel and I cannot keep the shoe on. But the regular is to narrow for the ball of my foot.
I'd also recommend: eastland
