I would recommend this shoe and have owned Bass shoes over many years. I especially like the professional look of the color I chose. The shoes easily stretch out upon wearing them for a couple of days.

This shoe is not of the quality that I expect from Bass. The sole came apart from the shoe after only a few uses. The leather is not a good quality. I do have to say that Zappos has handled the problem without one issue. Although I will not purchase this shoe again, I will continue to purchase from Zappos.

I have worn Bass Loafers from age 10 to presently age 72. I knew that the new shoe "stretched" as it is broken-in. I initially ordered a 9.0 C and found it to be too short and returned it for 9.5 C & a 9.5E. Zappos graciously filled the new order and I returned the 9.5 E at no cost to me. I am very happy with my purchase and will order any shoes from Zappos in the future.
I'd also recommend: Other Bass styles and Newport brand shoes

These shoes are great. They are very comfortable and fit true to size. They do stretch a little but not enough to justify buying a size larger. I had to break them in over a day or two. I got a blister on my right heel from the shoe. Now that they are broken in they are great. They are dressy enough to wear to work.

Great shoe, especially for the price point. I've had the shoe for over a month now and it is wearing very comfortably and appears to be a shoe that will outlast my expectations based on the low price. I've been wearing it as my daily wear business shoe and have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this to a friend.
