Wonderful! I'm like Sue, I've had this shoe for over 15 years. It became difficult to find. I can't wear sandals without the toe piece cuz my feet slide forward too far off the shoe. I finally had to throw out my last pair. They went through rain, mud, sweaty feet, stones, etc. from coast to coast. Glad to find them again!

Yippppeeeee!!! I wore my original pair for 14 years! I had been gluing them back together for the past 2 summers. Imagine my delight when I found this sandal again. It is comfortable and comes in sizes to fit my narrow feet. I am ecstatic.

Love the Sharon. Like the others, I am replacing a pair that I wore until they fell apart. I think that is the best testimonial. It's the only shoe I have ever bought a second pair of. I wear it all summer, from semi-dressy to casual to slipping it on to run to return a video. That's what's so great about it!

The best sandal around. I've been wearing this brand and style of sandal for almost 20 years. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. I wear them constantly during the summer. I find my feet don't slip forward if my feet sweat because of the heat they dry quickly. They accomodate my feet swelling. I would say you won't be sorry if you purchase this pair of Bass sandals.

It always comes down to quality. The only reason I've owned so many pairs of these sandles is that I'm hard on shoes -- and the warm weather in Arizona means I wear these all the time. Besides being classic in appearance, they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever slipped on my feet! When I heard a rumor that Bass would no longer exist, I began tracking down stores where I'd bought these before; luckily, I was directed to Zappos.com from a Netscape search and I've ordered two more pairs. Just this week alone, I've been asked twice what kind of shoes I was wearing and where they might be purchased! I've seen knock-offs, complete with a little brass tag on the strap, but nothing comes close to these Bass sandles. I hope I never have to do without a source for them.

8 years and still the best. I have many pairs of sandals, but the pair I wear the most is this sandal which, after 8 years, is finally wearing out. So I am here to buy another pair. They always look good, and I have never found a more comfortable sandal. I love my Bass sandals, and you will love yours too if you purchase this sandal.

This is the only sandle I wear. I have worn this style and brand of sandle for so long, I cannot remember how long I have been wearing them. I found out several years ago that Bass was discontinuning this style and I went to every store I could to buy up as many pairs in my size as I could find. Living in Central Florida, I can wear them year around. I am so glad they have been re-introduced. The thong keeps my foot from slipping out. Glad to have them back on the market.

I've owned a pair of these for more than 15 years. I am so glad to have found that I can still buy them! The MOST comfortable sandal I have ever worn in my life! No blisters, no "flat tires", not bad at all! Love 'em!

I live in these things! I've been wearing these thong sandals for too many years to count. The last time I bought them about a year ago was through a catalog and I bought 3 pairs (white, cinnamon and tan... cinnamon is my favorite). I'm glad to see that they are now available on the Net. I live in these shoes. Since I live in Ft. Lauderdale they are the shoes I wear 95% of the time. They're great for the beach, the pool, for running errands, for doing housework... you name it. They don't skid and they last a long, long time. They go with everything, from shorts, to bathing suits, to short and long skirts. It's a very good-looking quality shoe. In the summer when we get our almost-daily downpours I can get them wet and they dry in a short while without any discoloration (the water does not affect the craftsmanship or fit).

I was very upset when the girl at the Bass Outlet store in Mesa, AZ told me these weren't made anymore. I have worn them for at least 16 years and they are my absolute favorite! I'm glad you have them; I thought I was going to have to wear my 2 worn out pairs until they fell completely apart.

Lost to old age! :) This will sound like it's impossible, but it's not! I got a pair of these when I was 13 years old. I have worn them yearly and they just came apart this year. Now, for my age... I'm 34 years old! They still are in good shape. The glue on the sole to the leather finally gave way and the leather straps have nothing to hold them on any more. This was a very sad day! I have already begun looking for another pair! These are the BEST (and only) pair of sandals I have ever owned!

Thank goodness for the Internet! I, like so many others, SEARCHED and SEARCHED the stores to replace my old Bass sandals. They are at least 12 years old, and I'd even had them brought to the shoe shop to repair when one of my dogs chewed it! I FINALLY found them on the Internet! Please don't ever stop making these! The most comfortable sandle around!

Don't yet own a pair? What are you waiting for?! Mine are relatively new (3 years). Prior to these, I didn't wear sandals and I lived in athletic shoes. But while I normally get aching feet after about 6 hours in air soles, I can pretty much wear Bass sandals from sunup to sundown. (By the way, the same applies to a pair of Bass flats I bought in the early '90s!)
