I ordered a pair of Bass loafers from Zappos, in my regular size. When I received them, they were marked correctly, but they were too small! After a short but very pleasant conversation with the customer service department, I sent the shoes back, and was sent another pair, but in one size smaller (I wear a size 14, but the Bass fit perfectly, in a size 13). All of the shipping, and handling was taken care of by Zappos, and dealing with them was out of this world, super nice, very friendly, and most helpful. I will buy all of my shoes henceforth from these folks; they definitely know how to treat a customer, a rare commodity these days for sure! Great job, Zappos!

These are very nicely made shoes. Wide width was the key in terms of fit - they appear to run narrow around the ball of the foot. They started out very stiff, but have broken in nicely. Finish on the leather was very well done and has held its shine nicely despite two rainy days in the city.

Easy to wear... comfortable yet dressy -
Purchased these shoes for my son who's an optometrist and on his feet 10-12 hrs/day. When he has a break, he likes to be able to slip his shoes off and elevate his legs & feet. These shoes are easy to slip on and off & comfortable but yet dressy to go with any outfit.

My Favorite Shoe -
I have always worn Bass Wejuns and am very happy to find somewhere I can get a narrow width. The local shoe and department stores only carry medium and wide width shoes. I will definitely be ordering more shoes from Zappos in the future.The delivery was fast and exactly what I ordered.

LOVE THIS BAG!!! I purchased this bag in black and I love it! Very roomy, holds a lot and comfortable on arm and/or shoulder. The leather is rich and soft. Dressy enough to transition to evening. I would absolutely purchase another bag from this designer.

First of all, Zappos once again amazed me with outstanding service... perhaps the best on-line service and delivery anywhere. This shoe looks great and can be worn with a pair of khakis or with a suit. This shoe does feel a bit wider than other similar shoes I have worn. I would also caution that the bottoms are very slick straight out of the box.

These shoes are stunning in their looks and construction and attn. to detail. They fit even better than I had expected, not even any break in needed. This is my 2nd pair in about 10 years, they really can last that long. Highly recommended and they are very versatile as well. Jeans to suits... give 'em a try.

I finally gave up an old pair of Cole Haan's for this model and am very satisfied with all aspects of the shoe, especially the price. For about $70 less than a similar Cole Haan I got a good, well fitting shoe. Good deal.

Layton is very comfortable, beautifully constructed shoe -
I bought these shoes for my husband who will only wear Bass shoes. He loves them and every time he puts them on he comments on how comfortable they are. One can never go wrong with Bass. Zappos is outstanding - the most amazing service I have ever encountered. I ordered these shoes along with 2 other pair early one evening and they were here the next day. I bought these shoes for their look. They are truly comfortable and the tassels pull the look together. I have worn these shoes to my son's graduation and to my daughters wedding and they felt comfortable all throughout the event.

Love the classic Weejuns look. Knew they are a little stiff, but expect they will soften up and become more comfortable with wear. Free delivery was prompt and a hoot to track as the package. Overall deal is five stars.
