Good quality shoe and great purchase for the money. The leather in this shoe is very good and will outlast one or two resoles. I found this shoe to run slightly large to the size I ordered. I\'m happy with this purchase.

I bought these shoes about a decade ago, and they are the only pair of dress shoes that I own or have owned in that time. Some people say I’m crazy, but I believe these burgundy tasseled loafers go with anything, and any combination of colors - I really, really like earth tones, if you haven’t guessed. I even sprinkle in some mint green or electric blue with contrasting tie to sharpen things up. I wear these shoes with both of my suits and my pair of slacks around the office five days a week. Perhaps in another ten years or so they will wear out, and I will purchase a new pair, hopefully they will remain reasonably priced.

These are great looking shoes, that feel true to size. The leather outsole is a plus, makes them more elegant. I have a pair of Bostonians and also one of Johnson and Murphy's similar looking shoes and these Bass look and feel better. Zappos' next day shipping and easy return process is awesome. I am a Zappos customer for life.
Brands I'd also recommend: Johnson & Murphy, Allen Edmonds

I love these shoes. Jeans, khakis, shorts all go great with them. Photos true to life. Size is true. The leather is a little tough on bare feet. I like to wear them sockless with shorts. Get yourself a pair!
