Barefoot Dreams

I was a little skeptical when I first pulled this out of the bag. It smelled a bit like kerosene and looked kind of like a rug. But...after I washed that odd smell away, this garment is the warmest, lightest, most comfortable "stay warm around the house" garment I have ever owned. I love the hood and the pouch. Two nights in a row I fell asleep in a chair, it was so comfortable (I never fall asleep in chairs). Plus - my cat loves it and has staked out a permanent spot on my lap for his naps. Initially my husband made fun of this funny looking garment, but now he likes it a lot more and who knows...he may even want his own?

Really a nice sweater, feels like a baby blanket. Washes beautifully. Hope to get more colors when they are in stock.

Bought this in black first. Great soft sweater with pockets. True to size. I usually wear a small or medium in everything and the medium was a perfect fit. Came back and bought the stone too!

I own this sweater in the marine blue (which is navy to me) and white and adore it. When Zappos got this in white and "pink" I ordered another. Unfortunately, the pink is a dead pink which has a brownish cast to it. Not a great color...so, I must say it is a great sweater in the blue and white but not so much in the pink and white. This runs a bit small in sizing. I usually wear a small or medium in things, but in this a large was the correct fit for me. I probably could have even worn the XL if I wanted it a little less fitted. Very cozy sweater. I love barefoot dreams products and wish Zappos would get some of the other designs.

Oh yes, you want this blanket! Just look at it (so cute) and it feels even better than it looks. If you've never had a Barefoot Dreams blanket, I can tell you they're worth it...so comfy.

This is the most amazing blanket, and once you have one you will never buy any other kind. It is on the expensive side but 100% worth it. This blanket was on one of Oprah's favorite things show, and it is definitely one of my favorite things!

The only reason I am returning this is because it was not what I was looking for. It is heavy and bulky and I wanted lightweight and light! Gorgeous and soft. Anything Barefoot Dreams is amazeballz.

OK, so this is hysterical (to me at least)! I had ordered this last week, and opened the box today that included some other items. I totally forgot what this "ribbed cozy" was to be used for, and wore it outside today over jeans and a baby sherpa sweatshirt. It was so comfortable, and I got an "off the street" compliment on it saying it was "beautiful." After arriving home I decided to check Zappos.com to see exactly what it is called, and learn that it is supposed to be worn around the house like a robe. So let me say this: it is incredibly soft and comfortable and my suggestion is that you could use it any way you like!

Wonderful in every way. Dress it up, dress it down. Goes with just about anything. So soft and comfortable. I own it in black, cocoa (which is really a taupe color) and white. I'd buy other colors if they had them!

I would give sweater more stars if I could! I have been looking for a sweater like this for months. I wanted something incredibly soft but with enough heft to it to actually keep me warm. I bought the beautiful cocoa color (which seems to be sold out), but I am seriously thinking about adding other colors to my Christmas list. It is one of the softest sweaters I have ever touched and it's actually warm! And looks great belted, tied with sashes pinned a funky brooch or wearing it loose and letting the wonderful bamboo awesomeness give you a hug with a warmth that makes you think of all those cozy fireplaces you snuggle up during the holidays. I ordered 10 different sweaters to play this role and this one was the only one to meet my starts: artistic style, incredibly soft, and warm. For sizing I am a size 10, 5'6", 140lbs and the SM/MD was a good fit for me - the arms are fitted so I could only wear thin long sleeve shirts under it, but that's okay for me. I think the sweater has a loose yet flattering cut that can accentuate many women's body shapes and styles. It looks great belted if you want more of an hour-glass look, and it has a soft sensual look when worn open due to the elegant drape of the fabric. I highly recommend!

All I can say is love it! Just like the title reads, cozy! Would like to see them at Zappos in more colors. One of the best things I ever bought for lounging around the house, it travels everywhere with me.

Love the feel of the blanket. But I have washed it three times and still cannot get the ugly smell out! So I probably would not recommend this item. For the price you should not have this problem!

I purchased this item in stone well over a year ago...I love it!!! I have a queen size bed and it just fits! High quality item, worth the investment!

I have had several of these Barefoot blankets in the past! I have absolutely loved them, but this one had a very nasty odor to it! I don't know of the materials have changed or not but after washing it still did not go away! Not sure if I will want any more at this point in time!

Gorgeous color but I agree that for this price it should be more bamboo and less chic therefore not have a weird chemical smell. Sorry to have to send back.

Loved this blanket! Not only do the Kardashians have it but it is so comfy, cute, and keeps you so warm!

These are a little pricey. Overall, I am not sure if they will live up to their hype since they were a gift. They are sized well and soft.

Very soft, comfortable and warm. Sleeves are narrow but fit over a long sleeve t. Looks great too.

Live in a mid century modern home. Really cold in winter. Wanted a large size, lightweight adult binky blanket for warmth while reading or watching TV. Added value...looks great draped over a chair. Camel and pale blue colors... Perfect. Laundered using ivory soap... Perfect. My dog is plotting a takeover!

Just love the robe or wrap. I have one in black also could not be without it, the material is so yummy. My Hubby loves them too on me. Get more dark colors please. Thanks Zappos for your superior fast shipping.
