Just got my shoes today and they are perfect. This is my first Zappos purchase and I am very happy with the service and the product. I normally wear an 8.5 and ordered the 8.5 and the size is right on. Can't wait to wear these to work.

I am very happy with this shoe. It is shinier than I expected - it is like a patent leather - but that is fine. It fits well and I love the styling. Moderately comfortable for a high heeled pump.

It is true to size. I usually need to order a wide, but the shoe shape is wide enough for comfort. It doesn't pinch the toes. The wide heel offers great support and as a strict "Non-Heel Shoe Wearer" I hardly notice I'm wearing heels. My ankles are comfortable, the balls of my feet are comfortable, and my toes are comfortable having spend the second half of the day wearing the shoes. Zappos was great with quick and easy service.

I love these shoes. They are a great alternative to a skinny heel and offer me so much more stability when I'm walking around all day. The only thing is they stink! After wearing them one time the soles give off this yuck smell. I'm sure I can correct it with powder or something...

This is a nice reliable shoe for work. The heel height is perfect. My only complaint is that they pinch a little bit in the toes. I recommend ordering a half size up.

I received the shoes within 2 days...great service from Zappos, as always! I have feet that are slightly wider than average, but these shoes were perfect, because of the rounded toe. I'm on my feet all day as a teacher, and these shoes were comfortable from day 1. I really like the versatility of the natural color...now I want a pair of the red ones!
