I have been looking for the perfect riding boot for the longest time. I had a really cute boot from a lower end store but it started ripping up in about a month. I decided to invest in something that would be a wardrobe staple and last me for seasons. These are so cute and perfect. I was so happy when I received them. I got the dark brown color and the color is really rich and beautiful. However I would be very careful to purchase if you have bigger calves. I have athletic calves because I run. At 5'2" I didn't even think they were that big, but it's kind of a squeeze getting into these and with jeans tucked in it's cutting it close. Hopefully I can wear them in and there's a stretchy part to it, but it might not be enough for some. So I say if you have had problems with boots before and know that your calves are pretty big, I wouldn't recommend. Other than that, these are so perfect and I'm in love!! Plus they are really flattering on my legs and make them look so long and lean. A plus for a shorty like me :)

I followed other reviews and ordered a half size smaller and they fit perfectly. Had been looking for these types of boots everywhere and returned a few. These are exactly what I wanted. Great quality and comfort. I am very happy.

The boots are extremely comfortable for walking around in all day. I did order a half size down from what I usually order and am glad I did. The calf is pretty roomy, so if you have skinny calves, this is not the boot for you.

I LOVE these boots! I have a wider calf and can never find boots that fit well, but I can even tuck jeans into these. I stayed true to size (9 1/2), and they fit perfectly. I can wear them for hours and my feet don’t hurt. I am thrilled with my purchase.

I bought them recently for a trip to the UK during the holidays and they were perfect for the freezing weather and snow. I can walk in them for hours and they look adorable. Perfect with skinny jeans or a skirt. Because they have a short heel, the size seemed a little big. I would order a 1/2 size down next time. Also they are very tall and touch the bottom of my knee (I am 5'7"). Maybe a little too tall to flatter the shape of my legs.

I purchased these in a dark brown and the leather looks really nice. I also like the wood-like heel and the look of the boot overall. I did find that they run a bit big for my Size 8M foot, so I went down to a size 7.5M and they seem to fit better.

This was my first purchase from Zappos and I must say that I'm very pleased with the quick shipping. I was looking for a simple riding boot and this was perfect. It's a little snug around the calves (I have thick ones and it's hard for me to find boots that fit around them), but this one does even over my skinny jeans. I went a half size smaller and put insoles (that's what I usually do with boots) so that I get that extra cushioning. I love my Castalina and got a lot of compliments on them, so I'm a happy shopper.

I got these boots so hoping they would fit well. In size I wear an 8.5 and they fit perfectly in that respect. I also have chicken legs and was hopeful that I might be able to pull them off with jeans or leggings; they were just about 2 inches too big to pull off. I have yet to return them because I am looking into taking them to a cobbler because they are so comfortable and classic.

The boots are so comfortable! I have a difficult time finding a true 10 1/2. Look no more. This is the boot you want to buy, for comfort and styling.

First of all, the Zappos shopping experience was fabulous. Love the website, super easy to use. They shipped my order promptly and I had no issues. Love these boots! I'm usually a size 10, but sometimes a 10 feels tight, while a 10.5 is too big (or non-existent). I ordered these in a 10 and they fit great both in the foot and on the calf. So very happy with my shopping experience. I don't think I'll ever go to a shoe store again!

These Bandolinos are everything I was looking for in a great boot! The leather is beautiful, they fit comfortably and the buckle detail at the top is just the thing to give these boots a special touch. I found them to be true to size, including how they fit around my calf. I couldn't be happier.

I wear size 10 and never knew it could be this easy to order boots! I've been looking for a couple years for nice leather boots with a low heel. Not much selection out there at the stores, and then when I did find a style I liked they were always out of my size. It was very simple to go online, narrow the choices down and find a good selection to view. I ordered a pair of Bandolino black boots and they slipped on so easy, just like they were made for me! Not too tight and very dressy, but still with a low heel. Comfortably classy is how I would describe them. Thank you Zappos!

I just bought these boots in cognac. They fit me perfectly and I love that they keep their shape on my feet and do not wrinkle at the bottom. I normally wear 9 1/2 but got them in size 9 and it was a good choice.

These boots are attractive, comfortable and look and feel high quality. I am 5'11" and wear a size 11. They were tall enough. Unfortunately, I was hoping the calf would go up in size with my larger foot, but it wasn't to be. Therefore, it didn't fit my large calf. SO wish it had!

Not wide enough - These boots are absolutely beautiful and I wanted them to fit so bad, but unfortunately the calf was not wide enough for me. They were labeled as "wide calf", so I thought they'd be ok. I'm also 5' tall though, so it could be a proportion thing.
