This bag is very nice, right size, etc. but it arrived all wrinkly, especially at the top outer "corners." Steaming it helped, but I'll probably have to hang it rather than placing it on a shelf in my closet. Would be nice if the opening on the front had a snap closure, too.

Fantastic bag! It's just the right size to organize my things - and make my commute easier (so I don't lose things easily!) It's super sturdy, too, on occasion I carry my 13 inch laptop in it without any problem.
