I am now a VERY HAPPY camper, lol. My feet are WARM. Wanted these last year but everyone was out of them. If you get them you do want to order a size LARGER then you think you need as they are made small.

These boots seemed comfortable enough and true to size but I had trouble adjusting them. It was difficult to move the little plastic grip along the leather cord. Also, they were too bulky under my pant leg and too awkward to tuck the pant hems into the boot. The string in the front was also distracting to me as it would fling itself around and tap at the boot while I walked.

These slippers are great for the price. They are super cozy. It feels like little sleeping bags wrapped around your feet! My only criticism is that the bottom grip has little traction. The sole is basically a thin strip of cloth-like material. These are indoor slippers, designed really for lounging. Not very comfortable for walking around. Good for me.

These are great slippers. They are warm and comfortable. The pull loop on the back makes it easy to slip them on with one hand. It has a draw-string around the top to snug the top against the leg but I never use it. The rubber-like surface gives good traction which helps generally and if you go outside briefly. I notice that when walking down or up carpeted stairs the slipper gives a different sensation - sort of a pull on the slipper and foot. Not dangerous or uncomfortable at all, just different. My foot is size 12.5. The slipper fits well but the front-to-back fit of the XXXL is a bit snug. Overall I am extremely happy with the slippers and would buy them again. And they look cute.

As one who hails from the wintery-siberian plains of Montana, I am an authority on warm/comfortable attire. Not too long ago I purchased myself the Baffin Cush boots and to no remarkable surprise upon myself, I found that they were more than adequate for my lifestyle. So instead of writing a "they were great!" or "everything I asked for - and more!" limited review, I decided to encourage others to purchase the said item through a step-by-step emotionally-interpretive, adjective-heavy stream of consciousness. And here it is: sad, desperate, struggling, cold - ring ring on the door - receive the package, with unfeeling phalanges open the package, pull out the boots, slide them on my feet - warmth, comfort, bliss, utopia, safe, no more chilly nights with freezing feet - walk around the house too? Yes, yes! Step outside? Maybe not - not if I don't want to get them dirty, but to get the mail? Yes! Yes! Safe, no more numb toes! Again - and forever: Utopia!

Like most other reviews, these slippers run extremely small. I wear 11.5 shoes, and these are 13-14 and can barely get them on my feet, the crook at the ankle is so tight. Once they are on, though, they more than fill the bill. Very comfortable, very warm, just the ticket. Just buy at least 3 sizes bigger than you wear; seriously, you can always return them if it doesn't work.

I absolutely love these slippers. I like the fact that your feet don't ever sweat and they keep 'em the prefect temperature. They are extremely comfortable (no support) and they have a no-slip bottom. All of my future slippers will be Baffin.

Love these boots! I had gotten some for my kids last year from this company and was impressed with how light they are! No joke--these are warm, but won\'t tire you out when you\'re walking to the top of the snow hill a thousand times!

These slippers are the most amazing slippers I have ever worn. This is my second pair and I will buy them again!! The only reason this is my second pair is because I left my first ones at a hotel and was unable to live without them. I live in Wisconsin and wear them out side all of the time, the bottoms were starting to show wear but only because I do wear them everywhere. I wear these slippers all year round, when I was in the hospital a few months ago I received several compliments about them. If you are having any hesitations about buying these slippers don\'t, just buy them. Take it from me, I am one of the pickiest people around. You know, hard to please. I am pleased and you will be also. Now just buy them.

My wife hates wearing socks, but was complaining about cold feet now that things are cooling off here in Oregon. Got her a pair of these and she loves them. She's even talking about getting a couple of pair for her parents. Highly recommended, especially if you don't have carpeting.

These slippers don\'t have enough padding on the bottom to be truly comfortable. Also, they require the wearer to adjust the band that tightens the top every time you put them on. I\'d prefer some type of elastic that adjusts to your foot without the constant tinkering.

As others have said, this product runs a full size smaller than the sizing specified, so order larger. Once I got the right size (XXL for a woman's size 11 foot), I ordered two more pairs. The slippers keep my feet warm, they are comfortable, and the bottom surface gives me good traction on my wooden basement stairs. I practically live in them whenever I'm staying home. I highly recommend them!

I love these. At first I didn't because they aren't very soft inside (I'm used to Uggs), but after wearing the first cold rainy day inside I was in love. They keep your feet toasty are cute and don't make your feet sweat. I did order a size larger. I'm a 6 or 6.5 but I ordered a 7 because reviews mentioned these. I was glad I did. They run very small.

Zappos is so fast on delivery, I can't believe it! I tried several different pairs of Ugg boots along with this one. Friends told me I would be sold on Ugg. Surprisingly, I found this one by Baffin to be the most comfortable, soft, adjustable boot of the whole bunch. I can't wait for the cold/snow to come so I can wear these all the time! I highly recommend this boot for winter.

Love 'em to death. If my feet are cold, my whole body feels so too, but since buying these I'm nice and toasty all over. I did venture outside just to take out the trash and found them not to be waterproof, but that's not really an issue. Purchase and enjoy!

I love my Baffin cush booty!! It is all that was advertised and more. As other reviewers have noted, it is best to go a size or two higher than you ordinarily wear. I went for the XXL and they are perfect. Go, Zappos!!

I love these shoes! They are warm but not so warm that your feet start sweating like a pair of down booties did to me. The sole grips most surfaces so you don't feel like your feet are going to slip out from under you, again like the down boots. Lastly they have some insulating material at the bottom of the bootie which works on all services expect a cold stone/tile floor. They say you can wash them, haven't tried, but if it's true they are 5s in everything but looks.

My son absolutley loves these shoes! They are so cozy and warm, yet they are cool enough for an 11 year old. They run about a size small, so I ordered the next larger size for him.

Great boots! Very easy to get on and off, and I can even tuck pants into them, which is no small feat when you have muscular calves. I usually go between and 9.5 and a 10, so I opted for the 10 in these, and although they are a little roomy I\'ll just wear them with nice thick socks. These are big boots, so if you care about your feet looking svelte, these aren\'t for you. If you want something to trudge around in snow and keep warm, they\'re great. :)

Nice shoe, but too big. Wear a size 11, so bought a size 11. Easy to put on, but was too big by about half a size.

I ordered these boots because my serious cold weather pair died last year. I've had to send the Kamalas back for a couple of reasons. But first, my overall observations: They are very cute; especially with pants, which I didn't find hard to tuck in on account of the clever cross-lace closure. Cute is not elegant. So if you're looking for elegant, don't order these. Elegant rated to -20 does not exist in the world anyway, so I'd recommend deciding on your real needs before choosing your style. These are the perfect boots for those who have to be out and about in populated areas, who perhaps spend a little more time driving than walking. Perfect for civilized walking in extreme weather. Across large parking lots. To the grocery store or library & back, and probably in general. They are quite walkable. I wouldn't call them 'fragile', but I wouldn't call them 'rugged', either. There is no metal on them anywhere, and the soles are nice and thick (imperative for really cold weather), but still quite flexible. Why I returned them: Upon reflection, I need something more serious for being out over longer periods in a grimy cold urban environment; or in the middle of nowhere. If the car breaks down in February in northern Wisconsin, the Kamalas might be okay, but also might not. I also slog through a lot of slush and slop on my walk to & from my job (icy water when it's -20? Yeah it happens), so I figured out that I need a rubber-like upper. The Kamalas are described as 'waterproof', which I believe; but they are rather pretty suede, and my life calls for something more like 'immersible'. It was a tough decision, though. I kept the Kamalas and 'circled' them for a couple of weeks, thinking about it. They really are cute.

Super comfy!I went with the size larger in light of the reviews and almost wish I'd gone 2 sizes larger (wear a women's 10, got the XL). Very comfortable and warm. All the padding is towards the middle, so a little awkward to walk on with wide feet, but I'm sure it will flatten and disperse over time. Great buy for the price!

These slippers look and feel comfy, but they are 1 full size smaller (I am a size 8 and had to return mine and order a size 9-10) and what is not very nice is they are cold. If my feet are cold they remain cold, and if they are warm they get cold after a while of wearing these. A shame because they are very comfortable. Maybe trying with more/different socks. I wouldn't recommend them because the only thing you want in winter is having your feet warm. My feet are freezing right now.

About Baffin

Baffin is focused on becoming the undisputed global leader in performance footwear, providing quality, comfort, aesthetics and value through the technical innovation, with a focus on creating the ultimate boot for extreme conditions. Polar explorers have come to appreciate the unique qualities of Baffin boots. Doug Stoup, a celebrated polar adventurer, used Baffin boots to travel over 1,000 kilometers across the Antarctic. In 2006 at least three separate international expeditions chose Baffin boots to get to the North Pole, including, of course, Baffin's own polar trekking team.

When polar explorers trek to the North or the South Pole they subject their footwear to the most demanding conditions imaginable. Day after day they exert themselves to the point of exhaustion, pulling their equipment over the rough and unrelenting terrain. They lose as much as one pound of bodyweight each day in perspiration and burned calories. At night they sleep in small tents where the temperature can drop as low as -60°C (-76°F), freezing their boots. Cold feet and blisters, that might not be given a second thought in other situations, can be fatal in this environment.

While traditional molded boots are suitable for some conditions they are not ideal for cold temperatures. In the early 90s Baffin realized that if they combined their leading molding technology with a foam-based inner boot system, they could create a new hybrid style of high performance footwear. Since then Baffin has developed new materials and combined them in new innovative combinations. A good example is the unrivalled 8-layer combination of materials that are used in the boots that are rated for -100ºC (-148ºF).

Over the years Baffin has created a line of industry-leading footwear that performs in extreme conditions for an ever-growing list of loyal users and activities, including snowmobiling, ice-fishing, hunting, mushing and working in industries like construction, oil, mining, forestry, and outdoor winter recreation. Because of this, Baffin has become the leader in footwear for all your cold weather needs.
