First time using Zappos.com. Loved it! I got my shoes in no time at all and when I got them and they were just a little too small I called and the customer service I received with that call was even better! Wow! You all didn't have a half size bigger but you helped me find them elsewhere! And, told me that I could hold on to the ones that didn't fit up to a year! Love that! I don't like to buy online just because of return policies making me have to return within 7 days or something like that. I'm a bad procrastinator so it takes me time to take my returns to the post office. So I always feel stressed to get my purchase back to the seller. With your return policy I'm not freaking out. I will definitely come back for more!

I bought this and the pewter color. One in a 7 and one in a 7.5. The 7 was way too small, my toes were falling over the front and I was swimming in the 7.5. It's really disappointing because I love the style!

A darker silver than I expected, but very pretty shoes. Fairly comfy for having such a high heel (I wore them for several hours). Zappos was very helpful when it came to switching out sizes, as I'm usually between an 8.5 and a 9 and ended up with an 8.5.
