Needs to be adjustable! Loved the style and fabric of this hat, but it does not have a way to adjust size. I have a really small head and even with the small size, it was still a bit too big. If it had a way to adjust, it would be great! Wished I could keep it because it is really cute and I liked the fabric and color.

These gloves are warm and well-constructed. The touchscreen-compatible material works very well with my smart phone. The grippy texture is a very helpful feature. My only complaints are (1) the inside seams can be a little scratchy and (2) they do attract lint and pet fur.

I loved the skirt but hated how hard it was to put on and take off. There is no give in the waistband. I have relatively small hips and still had a heck of a time. I'm 5'3 and weigh 115 with small frame and I got a size 2. Once I got it on, it fit perfectly and comfortably. But not worth the trouble.

These fit great-- I am slim, but I have a waist and hips, and these are perfect. Which is why I took so long to return them (thank you, Zappos). I have returned them, though, because I just can't get used to hiking in such flimsy nylonish fabric. I'm going to hold out and see if I can't find some good cotton knickers. I'll miss this fit, though.

Got this for my husband. Only beanie found that covers ears (flap) and doesn't have pom pom on top. Fits him well and looks nice.

The waist fits well. The leg length runs to short. Not even close to being long enough for my average length legs.

If you are looking for a longer style hoodie with a bit of polished style this is for you. I love that it is more like a cozy coat than a thin hoodie. The longer length goes well with lots of different items and boots in your closet. It also has nice deep pockets and it does run true to size. I would order up a size if you are looking for a baggier fit because the cut runs close to your body so you don't feel like you are wearing a potato sack. I'd never heard of this brand before surfing around the Zappos website. I'm glad I made the decision to purchase it. This hoodie is well made and definitely worth the $100 dollars.

These were super soft and comfy. I wanted to keep them in the size 12 I first tried but they were way too big and long. Would be great for a tall person (I'm 5'53/4, 136 lb). I then tried an 8 and they would have been good..but I like a tad more room. They are lightweight, good for warmer weather! Zappo's is the BEST!

I love this hat. Nice big visor aids in managing my Chronic Dry Eye symptoms. Warm and cozy. Getting compliments in this hat.

Lovely parka, but the sleeves are very tight at the wrists! I'm petite, and otherwise the jacket fit well. High quality product.

These were the winners out of the 7-8 brands of pants I tried. What I liked most is that they were form-fitting around the hips and waist, without feeling super tight on the thighs. There's a nice felt lining inside of the belt, making the swishy nylon less annoying. A unique feature I found on these pants was the drawstring -- which is great for eliminating that gap when you bend over or sit down. I wish these came in more colors than gray and black.

The best way to describe these gloves is that they're substantial. The fleece lining in these that I didn't find in any of the other several gloves I bought to try out makes that so, and is very comfortable as opposed to just feeling the other side of whatever the glove is made of. That does make them stiffer than other gloves of this kind but I'm still flexible. Only the thumb and index finger are capacitive for phones but if you think about it, what other fingers do you use? There's not much grip, none on the thumb or index fingers and only on the tips of the other three. The majority of the grip is on the palm which is placed exactly right for gripping a steering wheel.

Love this hat. It's Gore-Tex, so it's waterproof. The brim is wide enough so that it sheds the water away from your face. It's a nice option when an umbrella is not an option (in a crowd, in a canoe, in the woods, etc.). The medium fit me just fine (I'm 22" circumference), but do measure around your head and heed the sizes and measurements when deciding what size to order. There is a hook and loop at the inside back for making slight size adjustments, and it has hook and loop tabs on the brim for turning up the sides. There's a removable chin strap, too. It's nice looking, and does the job. It also smashes flat for packing in a suitcase or rolls up for carrying in a pocket or backpack.

My head size is 7 3/8 or 7 1/2 and this hat fit PERFECTLY! The fabric is kind of stretchy and it has become my favorite winter hat because it has nice warmth with its style...though I did remove the little button on the side.

Overall, these are pretty nice. Washed well and have a nice grip for driving. Not the most effective for shoveling snow, but they don't pretend to be snow gloves.

I bought this hat for our family trip to Australia. I wanted a hat that actually kept the sun off of all of my beautiful face, not just parts. I also didn't want to look like a total dork. This hat fit the bill. It actually keeps the sun off your mouth and chin, and the sides of your face. It is also lightweight and easy to pack. I now wear it hiking in Arizona, but I do tend to get a little hot. Keep in mind that I am comfortable in shorts and a t-shirt at 54 degrees, so I think a normal person would not find this hat hot at all. I highly recommend this hat.

Love how sift and cozy these mittens feel. They aren't as bulky as other ones, so I feel like I can still use my hands. Unfortunately, we're having an unusually mild winter, so I haven't tested them in snow or bitter cold yet.

Bought this to be used either as a mid layer or light outer jacket. I like the jacket but the fit could be optimized; zipping up the jacket to the very top seems a bit narrow in the neck area. By no means do I have a tree trunk for a neck, this could be widened up by an inch or so. Adding a light fleece layer (that also zipped up to the neck) would be a tight fit. The sleeves could be trimmed down a bit also. There are wool/fleece/blend sweater panels on the sides and sleeve underside that allow some stretch. In terms of warmth, the jacket was fine down to about the 50s but is a bit on the thin side (thinner than a "thin" Primaloft jacket I have). Adding a base layer and mid layer should be just fine down to the 30s. If OR made some slight changes, this would definitely be a 5 star jacket overall.

So, I know the product OR Pro quite well so I knew I could trust this brand. I am shocked at how warm, (maybe too warm?) And we'll fitting this hat is. I ordered a medium, but ended up exchanging it for a small. Maybe it's just because I have an odd shaped head? I digress. Today is the first day in have had it up on the ski hill and holy crap! It's beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this hat to anyone looking for a thin, over the ear with a chin strap. It works flawlessly! If you don't have one, get one!

I got medium gloves and despite fitting quite well in another set of Outdoor Research medium gloves (Pl 400 Sensors), the fingers on these were too long for the grip and touch tips to matter without having to pull each finger down individually and then they'd of course slip back up. But otherwise they fit well so I don't know if sizing down would help. The loop is useful for putting them on but not quite for pulling them off and perhaps this is unfair for having them such a short time but I didn't get the impression it was going to stay attached very long. Because of the fit issue I didn't try wearing them out in the cold so I can't speak to that.
