So disappointed I had to return these! I have four pair of on cloud running shoes (because they have great features like wide toe box, lightweight, awesome comfort, and good style) - and was looking for a pair that did not have bottom soles with such wide spacings (that pick up acorns, pebbles, rocks, sticks, etc.) for trails. These looked like they would work, and I love the styling. However, as another reviewer points out, the bottom of the sole does not touch the ground at the heel: the first "tread" is under the middle of your heel. The result is that the shoe feels really unstable (it's too easy to rock backwards, because you are standing on what feels like a teeter-totter) and it's really not suitable for the trails for which it was presumably designed. Wish they would create the same shoe with a different sole: one that felt steady and did not constantly get small natural objects like stones, gravel, sticks, acorns, shells, etc. wedged in them.

Really liked these shoes. They were my second choice, but just not quite as comfy as the Hoka. Would probably go a half-size larger for walking shoes.

Comfortable. I use for walking-I'm no longer a runner. I have bad knees, and a bad spine. These shoes help all those problems. "Help" meaning - They don't exacerbate the problems, and they absorb impact with a return of energy-less foot, leg, and spine fatigue. They seem to built for heel strikers. The uppers are great-flows & wraps the contours without heaviness or restriction. Personally, I would love if they lessened the heel to toe drop slightly. I am a female who's can't fit into their women sizes.

I was really looking forward to this shoe. It has a great spring to it, which I like. Unfortunately, the tongue of the shoe is rough to the point of painful (digs into your ankle) and not cushioned. Also, the shoes felt nicely supportive for walking but I experienced achilles tendonitis running for the first time in them, only a few miles. I will need to add additional support. Overall they are stylish shoes, but not sure they were worth the price. Had I known they would not be supportive, I would have probably returned them. However some things you cannot learn until you run in the shoe!

The day they offer this in a size 11.5 or 12, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Super stable and comfortable; unfortunately the 11 just isn't big enough.

Wasn't impressed at all with these sneakers - I was so excited to see the reviews - however I could barely get my foot in the sneaker. I usually wear a 9W and bought a 9 / these run much more narrow that any other regular 9 I have tried. They don't look as nice as in the pictures - not impressed at all.

These did nothing for me, was very unhappy with style, fit, comfort. Please beware, these run narrow - stay away if you have anything other than a narrow foot.

Super light and comfortable shoes. My husband has another pair and he lives there too. We don't use them for running though, so I can't comment on that. As other commenters indicate, rocks do get stuck in the treads, but I just stop once in a while and take them out, or right before going in the house. I've owned plenty other shoes with this problem, so I guess I'm used to it.

These shoes are the best I have ever owned. I now have all colors in two styles. I have one wide foot and the other normal width. I also have had three back surgeries and a knee replacement. I walk at least six miles on sidewalks daily. After years of buying different brands that changed every two years I found ON shoes. They give me the support I need and most importantly the comfort. There is no break in time. I can wear them on a long walk new and out of the box. The upper toe box is pliable and with lacing changed to accommodate my wide foot, and normal lacing for my normal width foot, I finally have shoes that fit both my arches as I don't have to go up a size for width. Best of all, the shoes are lightweight while giving full support. BTW, I am in my 70's. I keep new pairs at all times.

Lots of support but front lip is rough against front of my ankle. Blisters!

After quite some research, I decided to make the purchase of my first ON running shoes. I usually cycle through Asics and Mizuno for my workouts and runs. The shoe is light weight and very comfortable. I like the minimalist design and it didn't make my size 8.5/9 look massive. Unfortunately, I did have to return the shoe because the toe box is slimmer than most. I have wide feet so I generally purchase 8.5 wide or 9 regular to compensate for room. I ordered these in a 9 and while it didn't pinch when I tried it on, I know for a fact that in the long run, I'd either crack my small toe nail or rip through the mesh of the shoe with my toes from running. If this shoe came in wide I would have definitely kept them.

Great running shoe! I was worried about not having standard laces, but shoes fit great and so slip at all.

This is the second On Cloud I've purchased for my son. Being a teenager he grows out of shoes in less than a year. He LOVES the ability to just "slide on" his shoes. The first day to school with these (Freshman in high school) he had multiple people comment at how stylish they were and the colors were the coolest. We purchased the black/malibu.

This is my second pair of On Cloudflyers. I put in my own insert for my flat feet. These sneakers offer great support without being bulky.

The heel is very odd as it has no support at the very back causing the foot to roll. Other than that, it's extremely comfortable, but that was enough to cause me to return them.

I have owned these shoes for a year. They are lightweight, very stylish and easy to slip on and off. For the first month or two, I was extremely happy with these shoes. At that point in time, the only complaint was that rocks (gravel) got stuck in the bottom. Not the shoe's fault, but a little annoying. A few months after I bought them, I washed the shoes in the washing machine. After that, the shoe started falling apart. Yes, I wore them almost every day to work, to run in, etc... rain or shine... so they got abused. However, for a shoe that was over $100, I was disappointed in how long they lasted. The rubber started coming off of the sole piece by piece until it was only the white part left. Maybe my expectations aren't realistic, but when I buy a shoe I want it to last about a year. I have washed shoes before and haven't had any issues. Maybe it was the wash that did them in, but I will never know. I would love to give these shoes another chance, but I'm not willing to spend the extra money on another test. They are officially going in the trash today.

Very comfortable, lightweigt, and easy to slip on and off when using the elastic laces.

Great shoe once it is on your foot. Difficult to get on but very comfortable - wish On could redesign.
