I have been buying Keens for my daughter since she was 2. She is now 5 and although we have had both the Newports and the Seacamps, we have been gravitating toward the Seacamp the last few years because they are more open and lightweight, and she needs less of the toe protection that the Newports provide. It is also a little sleeker look and she seems to like this aspect better as well.

These boots were such a life saver. My daughter had a pair of duck boots that she wore with SmartWool socks sledding and hiking in the mountains. Her feet got soaked by the snow melting around her ankle and through the "tongue" and her heels rubbed. At the end, she was miserable, with frozen feet. Last minute before a trip to NYC just a couple weeks later, I knew we had to find something that could withstand possible snow (it ended up snowing a ton!), keep her feet warm, and be comfortable for LOTS of walking. I am fairly certain that these are the ONLY kids boots that solve all three of those issues. My daughter was warm and comfortable the entire trip. She did not slip on ice, and could run through snow and stay dry. We walked most of the time, and she never complained about her feet hurting. I am incredibly happy with this boot. I think it's my favorite kid winter boot I've ever seen. The only downside is that the plastic piece that keeps the laces tight would come loose. The shoes had to be re-tightened on occasion. But highly recommend!

These sandals are awesome! My toddler son wore these all summer and they still look new. He would get them dirty and they would easily rinse off. Flexible and durable. Easy on and off. No funky feet smell. I've kept these for his little brother to wear and plan to buy these again for my boys. Worth the money.

Great shoes, but they leaked and were really hard to dry on the inside.

Not cool enough for my 11 year old boy, so he says.

These boots are so awesome! This is the third time I have ordered them because every time my little guy outgrows them, we get the next size up. That's how great they are! Waterproof, lined, warm, durable, easy to clean. Doesn't get any better for winter shoes!

Fantastic shoe for growing feet! Supportive and flexible sole. Machine washable is a great benefit of this product.

I buy these shoes every year for my toddler. Yes, they are a bit spendy for kids shoes, but they are so worth it! My son has loose ankles and these shoes really help keep them stable on the beach and every where else we go. They are also great for going in and out of the water. My son is 2 years old and is around 7.5 and I got the 7 toddler-they fit great with room to spare.

My kid who has a high instep and therefore a wide foot got into these without any issues.

Great shoe for my active 2 year old. Easy enough to get on and off, stays on and fits him well. I'm sure he'll outgrow this pair before he wears them out which was part of the goal.

These do run true to size while most kids Keens have always run almost a size larger. I did not expect that. I like that the tongue opening goes almost to the toe box to easily put the shoe on a squirming foot. I think this also will help my 2 year old put his own shoes on.

My kids and I love these shoes! I buy a pair for my son & daughter every year. They are comfortable, practical, and very sturdy. Perfect for the playground, but look cute with jeans and pants. My one complaint is the color of these. I wish there were more options for girls!

My daughter has sensory processing issues and has difficulty finding tennis shoes she can wear comfortably. These shoes are the only ones that she will wear. She is able to tighten them the way she likes herself since it has toggle rather than tie (she cannot tie shoe laces yet). We are so relieved to have found these shoes.

Very well made shoes,a bit too wide but my daughter likes them. I think I bought something similar last year.

My son has been wearing Keens for years now. They're the only shoe that stands up to how hard he plays, and he love how grippy the soles are. These seem like an improvement over the old style with the pull cord, which always gave out eventually.

These are well made and the closed toe means no stubbing toes and far less tripping then with an open toed shoe. Kids use them on vacation and all summer. The kids typically outgrow them before they wear out which is great. They can be a little difficult to get on and off but it isn't too bad compared to the adult version. They have never rubbed or cause sores on the toes or across the top of the foot - you might think they would just by looking at them. They run wide and maybe a little big which is great in our household but may be too clunky for slimmer feet.

Very disappointed with my recent order of Keen's. The quality is NOT up to the quality of my three other pairs of this same type of Keen's. The sole is not as thick. The straps are skinny and the show is smaller when compared to my other 3 pairs which are sized the same. The over all quality just seems so much cheaper. Not up to the Keen's standards.
