Looking for a flat yet stylish sandal for an outdoor wedding creekside, these came a very close second - cute, great comfort and great fit - but will sadly return them because I can't justify keeping them!

This is a very attractive sandal and looks good on the foot. I ordered a size 40 which fit just fine. (Depending on the shoe, I wear either a 9.5 or a 10). Foot bed is smooth and comfortable. Unfortunately, even after adjusting the toe strap, it cut across my bunion, and the "x" cutout on the outside of the toe strap hit my little toe at a point whereby while walking, my little toe nail would "catch" on the opening. Too bad.

The end of the ankle strap is so soft and flabby, that I can barely stuff it through the buckle and loop. Almost as if it has been tried on by 100 people. I really like the shoe, so I'm planning to order another pair, hoping they are not all like this.

The Helsinki's seem to have a shape and fit similar to the Arlanda's. Although I've been moderately happy with some other Ecco styles, the Arlanda's were always the best style and fit for me. As such, I am thrilled to have found the Helsinki's. The EU-size 42 fits my wide foot, for which I might buy a US-sized 8 1/2 4E in other brands.

Karl Toosbuy wanted to make shoes that did not need to be broken in. They should fit like a glove. That became the beginning of ECCO’s revolutionary concept: to create shoes that were more comfortable, lasted longer and enabled people to move naturally.
By making shoes that outlast trends and allow the foot to move naturally, we free people to live more actively and spontaneously. It lets our wearer go further, stay longer, do more and be more.
