I have bought and worn Echo shoes for over 10 years. This is the first pair I have bought that gave me blisters on the back of my heel. Tight in-step, narrow back.

I have worn 2 pairs of the GTX II which are the best shoe I have owned in last 40 years. This shoe (black GTX 6) is different in its leather construction which allows the top/toe leather to slightly press down on the foot. Honestly I don't know if this is a problem but it feels a bit wierd. The soles support system is the same which is great. I have 10 yr old GTX's that still support like new and other than the toe leather which remains to be determined with wear if or if not it will cause a pressure problem, I think they will be fine. I would recommend this shoe. Runs a full size large so I had to order 8.5 instead of my reg. size which is 9.5!

I truly love this wallet. I purchased it almost a year ago, and I am very hard on my possessions but it still looks brand new. I think the pebbled-grain of the leather really helps with that. I am also not by nature organized and the lay-out of the wallet really helps with this as well!

We are family owned and independent. We follow our passion for shoemaking by owning our own production.
Across the world, Scandinavian design is regarded as exclusive and stylish, yet functional and simple – and always of high quality. ECCO shoes are no exception. Our follow-the-foot design philosophy, with its simple, elegant aesthetics, is rooted in Danish design.
We are passionate about making shoes and everything that goes with it – from tanning leather to stitching uppers. We relentlessly pursue new ideas, new technologies, higher standards and better ways of doing things. We are proud of our products and our company. We have passion for what we do – and passion creates quality.
Karl Toosbuy wanted to make shoes that did not need to be broken in. They should fit like a glove. That became the beginning of ECCO’s revolutionary concept: to create shoes that were more comfortable, lasted longer and enabled people to move naturally.
By making shoes that outlast trends and allow the foot to move naturally, we free people to live more actively and spontaneously. It lets our wearer go further, stay longer, do more and be more.
