Really liked the styling of this shoe and it seemed comfy and warm but my heel was very loose and unsupported. Definitely order your normal size or half size down (i..e. if you are a 9.5 order a 9 etc... Have to return....

A friend convinced me to give Bogs a try, and I'm very glad she did! I live in a very cold climate, and these boots are warm, waterproof, and comfortable. I need my own insoles, and these Bogs easily accommodate that. The pattern is adorable, the shorter height is just what I was looking for. I predict I'll wear these far into spring, when the snow and ice is replaced with rain and mud.

These boots are very comfortable. I wore them all day, and they felt great. They are also stylish, and I receive lots of compliments. On top of that they are completely waterproof so they are a win all around!

Needed a rain boot sturdy enough to go trail hiking with my dog as we're happily finally having rain in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm usually a size 6.5-7. I considered Bogs, Hunter, Sorel, and Kamik. Kamiks were the cutest. Chose Bogs as seemed to have the best support for hiking. I first purchased Bogs Classic Mid in size 7, but it was too bulky-looking, rated too warm for my needs, and seemed too small (my toes were touching the end). The North Hampton in size 8 was too large, size 7 fit well (7.5 might have been perfect if it existed). I EASILY get plantar fasciitis, so I took out the Bogs insole and put in a Superfeet insole as I always do. But the boot has a built in arch support and the arch of my foot got sore with the Superfeet. Took a chance with the Bogs insole. Tested it with a 2 hour hike including mud, rocks, and up and down ~45 degree slopes. Not street-stylish but got compliments on the trails. My feet feel great! No slipping. Will likely slip on a rainy muddy slope, but so would most hiking boots. Just hosed off the boots and the dog after I got home. One happy customer and one happy dog!

These Puff Quilted Bogs are perfect. I'm normally a 6 1/2 to 7, but Zappos was out of stock on those sizes. Because of some of the other reviews, I felt confident getting a 6 and they fit just perfectly. Walking the dog in the rain was a breeze.. My feet are warm and dry. They look really cute with my black leggings. They slip on easily and can be tightened above the ankle if needed. In deep snow, they just wouldn't work.... but in rain and 1-3 inches, they're perfect.

OH lordy I love these boots. I originally ordered a 10 and they were SO BIG. I was really sad but decided to not give up and order a full size down because they were just so dang cute and exactly what I was looking for (something not as heavy duty as my tall Bogs, but still something I could tuck my pants into when there's 4 inches of snow and I don't want wet pants). So I returned the size 10 and ordered them again in a size 9 (I think I tried to do an exchange but it wouldn't let me because I was returning a pair and trying to exchange the other, so I just completely reordered). The 9 fits like a dream. These fit slightly differently than my other pair of bogs, a bit tighter around the foot area than my other style, but still comfortable and good with wool socks! The black is more of a dark gray in my opinion, jsyk. When I first ordered these boots, they didn't have many ratings about how warm they are in intense cold, but I am happy to report they do very well. I wear them happily (with wool socks) when its as cold as can be. I highly recommend these and am very glad I made the purchase. I also feel like the tread on the bottom helps keep you more stable on ice. With free return shipping you really have nothing to lose from ordering these to see if they're what you're looking for!!! You've gotta try them!!

Oh my goodness these boots are everything. At first I was so skeptical, I was looking for something "cuter" but these grew on me and they have been my go-to boots for 2 years now. They seem to fit different than the Bogs I was able to try on in my small town, but I like how they fit best. They seem to have a flatter front than other Bog styles and I really enjoy how this fits in comparison with other styles. The 10 legit fits like a 10, which is great. The only thing I have noticed over these past two years is that they shiny black area isn't as shiny as it used to be, but I've worn these puppies a lot so maybe it's my intense wear of them. If you're looking for a good sock to wear with these, I would highly recommend Smartwool hiking socks. I wear them basically every time I wear these and they fit perfectly. Bottom line: BUY THESE, you will not regret it!! And you will get your money's worth!

I ended up returning these, although they were super cute! everyone had been raving to me about Bogs, so compared them along with several other rainboots. These boots were wide, and a little short in my regular size 8. Also the calved were a little tight, and id not allow much spopace for tucking in pants or leggings. I ended up keeping the M&F Western Paisley rainboots which fit me better and were half the price, and have lasted VERY well. Not as fancy, but better for me.

I ended up returning these. They were really cute, so it was a hard decision! But the calf was a little too snug for me, and I decided that I would be happy with a cute rain boot at half the price. I ended up keeping the M&F Western Paisley which worked out great for my needs. These are super fashionable, but I found the other ones more practical for my needs.

I wish I could keep these boots, but they don't hold my foot securely enough. They're super cute in "real life", and seem very cozy. Even trying them on in the apartment I could feel my feet warming up. They're also easy to slip on and off (unlike some Bogs pull-ons). However, I'm recovering from a calf injury, and need something that doesn't allow my foot to move around so much inside - especially if I'm walking on uneven or slippery terrain. I don't get enough winter weather to justify more than one pair of winter boots, so I'm sadly sending these back. However, if you're sturdier than I am, or just need something for errands or after skiing, etc, I would definitely try these.

Great boot. Unable to fit for a wide foot, even with sizing up. Had to return.

These are adorable and feel great on but they run large. I was pleased with everything about them (besides the fact they were too large) but returned them once I determined a needed a slightly more versatile waterproof shoe/ short boot.

My girls play travel soccer and I was really in need of boots that I could wear when it is raining and the fields are super muddy. I've been wearing regular rainboots, but after a few hours they're really uncomfortable and they don't keep my feet warm at all. These boots are perfect! They're very comfortable and they look great. I usually wear a size 7-7 1/2, so I ordered a size 8. I wanted to be able to wear thick socks with them and the fit it good. Without thick socks there is some room length wise, but the boot is narrow enough that my foot doesn't slide around because of it.

These boots are stylish (at least for me), comfortable and truly waterproof. I walked miles in them in wet weather recently and had no problems. Good traction. I normally can't wear heels more than 1 1/4 inch because of knee issues, but these, at slightly more than that, did not bother me. I tried many pairs before deciding on these. Well worth the money. Two caveats: First, they run big. I normally wear a 6 in shoes, and a 6 1/2 for boots so I can wear thick socks. Even with thick socks, a size 6 in these was roomy but not unmanageable. Second, these were not too narrow for me in the toe box, but another Boggs pair in a similar style were -- the moral is don't expect all styles in this brand to fit the same.

I always have problems with boots because I have skinny calves, but these fit perfectly. No breaking in necessary. My only complaint is when I am walking on a smooth surface and the boots are wet I slip. Overall they are real warm and waterproof.

Great show to slip on and walk in the wet areas of the yard. Comfortable to wear and easy to get on and off. Not insulated, so warm socks are necessary in winter, but will make them more comfortable in the summer.

these are comfy with a cushy insole, look great and offer a good grip on snow and ice. however the color blue is a dusty blue and not to my liking -- sent them back and ordered the green which is an army green and AWESOME!

Cute, fun, comfy! Definitely runs a bit large. I read reviews, and to be safe I ordered up a half size. I am normally a 7.5W. So, I ordered the 8. Fits great across the top of my foot, and the shaft is just right, not much extra room (big girl, have large calfs and ankles.) But, the length is just too long. I'm going to try to exchange for a size smaller, hoping that won't be too small/short/tight. I tend to trip over myself when my shoes are too long. Ordered the red / burgundy and the color is similar to seen on my screen. It looks like a faded dark berry color. Others mentioned there's not much padding or cushioning or much to the boot. They are right. This would most likely not keep my feet warm while shoveling or being outdoors for very long, but it will definitely be a great shoe for throwing on to run errands or go out and about for a quick jaunt. The hand holds at each side are necessary for me, since the shaft is not as loose on me as it might be on others. Overall, the boot is as expected and I hope the next size down fits!

This is my first pair of Bogs. I saw that my sister had a pair and I wanted them immediately!! They are well made, attractive boots. I am a size 11 usually and the 11 was big on me even with a thick sock. 10.5 would be perfect, but not available. The 10 is ok, but also might have to go back. Still deciding
